Bought 2 flame-thrower meals a couple of days ago. The BURGERS were INEDIBLE! I literally ended up throwing them in the trash! They were dry, full of pepper, with no juiciness at all. Would have returned them but hadnt kept the receipt and didnt feel like fighting that battle. Then I thought, burgers this bad deserve this kind of review. So, having spent almost $22 on a meal for 2, I will never order food there again! Honestly, why doesnt Dairy Queen just stay in the business of dairy specialties - which they are great at - and stay away from providing food (just to make it convenient for us)?

Went to this location today and the blizzards were runny not thick where they can turn them upside down like they advertise. Also we ordered a small smores blizzard and a medium oreo blizzard and both were wrong there were chips of chocolate in the ice cream instead of the chocolate bar pieces with the marshmallow in the middle in them and the oreo smores did not even have oreo in it around all. This is the second time we have had the same blizzards messed up. Yall need to get on top of things in this store.

I swung by here to get some dinner a couple weeks ago. Most of what I remember is that the place was kinda busy (good thing) and the gal who handed me my Blizzards. She was memorable because she did the whole "tip it upside down" thing they do.......with the lid on. I was amused given the pointlessness of the exercise. She probably just did it from habit. The food was good and fresh. The Blizzards were excellent as always. Nothing really special here; just good food at a respectable price.

My family and I love the DQ in Hiram. The staff is always smiling and pleasant. The restaraunt is always clean on the inside and outside. I had the Buffalo chicken snack wrap, delicious as usual, my husband had the #1 hamburger combo, he said all of his food was very good. My youngest daughter had the always good hotdog. And while we enjoyed our two banana splits, amazing! We enjoyed a football game on the flat screen TV . We give them five stars today.

Ordered my family their food ordered bbq sandwiches after ordering my meals then they decided to tell me as we were driving to pay they were out of the product I ordered. Im extremely disappointed and embarrassed I had company out of town and i raved how amazing you all were but I know it happens .

My mother-in-law and I went to get a cake for my husbands birthday, there was hardly any selection. The lady that usually does the cakes had left and left them with hardly anything. All they had was the regular ice cream cake, m&m, and oreo that was it.

Cant give a giod rating this time. They forgot me and gave my food to someone else. After waiting 15 minutes I went to the counter and asked for my food to go. Thats when they figured out I the mix up.

The wait for our smoothies was fairly long, and they no longer seem to sell my favorite meal. There are better places to get ice cream in Hiram with locations that are easier to enter and exit.

Overall good food (for a DQ). Staff friendliness can be very hit or miss. The artic rush freezes are great, but half the time we have to explain to the cashier what it is (float blended)
