On the billboard they advertise free kids meal with any combo. Go to the drive thru and they tell me I have to dine in for free kids meal. So, I go inside. Order the combo and free kids meal. They tell me I have to eat both meals here. My daughter was waiting down the street for me and wasnt with me so I told them I would eat mine there and take hers with me. No, you cant do that you have to eat both meals here. So I tell them to serve me both meals and I will figure out how to get it to her. No you cant. What the heck? What difference does it make to them where my daughter eats the food? Why market a special on the billboard that entices you to come there and then not fulfill it ? Isnt that false advertising? Was it really worth losing my business? Just last week I brought a training class of 12 to eat here and would have continued doing that each month for training. Not anymore. So how much did that kids meal cost them? $150 was my bill last training class. Not real smart!

This place used to be so much better. I wasnt sure if I wanted to go here because the lunch rush crowd was so big. I was a little curious as to how I could walk right up to the register at 11:50. My Burger was just ok. Maybe bordering on under cooked. The waffle fries were bland. Definitely not worth 9 bucks. I dont think I will be back. If I am going to spend that much there are many ways better options. Dont get me wrong, it wasnt horrible but it definitely has declined. It is now 12:15 and there are 3 people in line so obviously the local workers are spending their money elsewhere. It used to take me 10 minutes plus to get through the line.

Each and every single time I visit this business I go on my lunch breaks. They have always made my order perfect, and have done so with the most friendly of drive thru staff. They usually thank me by name, and with a smile. The food is really good as well, for the speed of the restaurant I would expect at some point that my food may end up not being as well prepared. That assumption is never the case. They surprise me everytime with the amount of effort and skills they display. Keep up the great work!!

Big and super fast burgers! Meet a coworker here for lunch. Its been a while since I had been here. Ordered, sat down, and food came before my coworker got his drink. Thats right! These are large burgers and loaded with toppings. Burger had a real good flavor and moist but could have been warmer.. Still they make a good Black and Bleu burger and love the parmesan waffle fries. A little expensive. I guess $10 is the new $7 for lunch.

Keeps forgetting to not put stuff on my order. Sometimes you have people who really seem to hate where they are in life and sometimes people are really nice and remember your order. I gave them a 4 because I didnt want to say it was a 3 more like 3.5. Not a bad place the burger is pretty filling. Check your burger make sure they left out the stuff you wanted out.

We randomly picked a restaurant that was local to our hotel. We didnt know what to expect from Back Yard Burgers, and it turned out to be really good. I got a BBQ Bacon Burger and it was great. I read a review of the place before I went that said to try the fried pickles and, so I did with great delight. The staff was also incredibly nice.

Not the most amazing burgers in the world, but definately a cut above the standard bottom-feeder fast food chain such as McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendys. The price point seems to be right around what youd pay for the same sandwich on the lunch menu at an Applebees or OCharleys.

Hmm... The only thing I liked about this place was the fact that they do have a good turkey burger that I can choose from on the menu . Too bad you cant order some customer service because the Indian owner is pathetic when it comes to that.!"? Horrible customer service .

Dry and hard bun. Mahi was spongy and not fish-like. Who knows whats in it. Service was kind and waffle fries tasty. Almost $12 for the fish sandwich with cheese, waffle fries, and small soda. Interior of this place is almost haunting! Not a comfortable atmosphere.

First time here today, and it was great. Much tastier and thicker burger than "the other guys". It is a tiny bit more expensive, but worth every penny. I ate the Chipotle burger and waffle fries. Will seek this one out again next time Im in the area.

I have actually eaten here probably two dozen times. It is that good. Every time. Once, I got full too quickly and became very disappointed in myself. I still finished the food. Best fried pickle chips in town.

Food is usually good, sometimes my order gets messed up, but its good for a quick bite at lunch time. They have waffle fries and chili cheese fries as well. Food is most often hot and fresh

This particular location does not take Amex. Also, drive-thru is very skimpy with ketchup packets...be sure to ask for extra. Good food, but customer service is lacking here.
