Stopped by after work today, as I do frequently to get a drink. I gave the cashier a $10 for a $4.23 order, and she gives me $0.77 back. I asked for the rest of my change, and she proceeds to tell me I gave her a $5. She and some other individual (who did not identify herself) tells me the "drawer is correct". As I only had a $10 in my wallet (and not a $5) I know they were incorrect and shorted me $5 change. Both were argumentative and offered no resolve. Called the 800 number...they were equally as apathetic. Will never go again.

I go there once every 5-6 months or so everything its usually okay. I live pretty far away so its the closest one to me. I usually get a crave box, a few times they forgot to put cheese on the sliders o it was pretty disappointing the first time it happened because we drove all the way to Pleasureville before realizing it. Now we check everything before we leave. But the food is okay it taste like white castles

Slow service and to compensate for that they gave me 10lbs of free food. I enjoy a free Ive cream for a long wait but when Im digging through stuff trying to find what I actually ordered its frustrating. I did not want fries, motz sticks, or chicken rings...no less 2 orders of each in addition to what I ordered.

Didnt get our order right order $36. & cents order 10 white castle no pickles & no onions add chesse also 10 more white castle with no pickles with chesse. Ask her to fix our order right. Please. No you order those with pickles. No i didnt. So made me some more with none on them no chesse

Quite possibly the fastest location Ive ever been to. Didnt give me trouble when I wanted extra mustard and needed to make a change to my order at the window. Bonus : Never been sick from eating there. The only White Castle Ive ever been to that holds that title.

The cheese sticks are awesome but are pretty stringy when fresh so they can be easy to choke on. Chicken rings always come fresh and go good with their type of ranch. They offer a gallon of tea too!

All we have in the southeast is Krystal and it pales in comparison to White Castle ... On my latest stop I sampled a few chicken ring sliders along with the usual hamburgers and onion rings..

I eat here every few months. The food usually comes fairly quickly. Staff are more often nice than they are rude. Food was cooked and served properly. Very cheap.
