The staff are very unprofessional. I stood in line for a while and they were just talking and joking around behind the counter. Only one person in front of me which is their worker ordering a drink and they just chatting their hour away. Basically ignore that I was standing there waiting to order drink!!! I just walked away cuz dont want to stand there listening to useless jokes and dont know when will they acknowledge that Im there?!

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to. I have been to several locations, but this is the only one that always gets our drinks perfect every time. The baristas are all very friendly and skilled. Im very happy to have such an exceptional Starbucks in Shelby county!

Disappointed always. Always out of black tea. You always are told to wait when you are the only customer. I walk away empty handed more than not :(
