Ate here today on a whim, because my family didnt want to wait for food at places around the area. As soon as you walk in the smells from the grill hits you, and just makes your mouth water. The menu is simple, but rivals a sandwich shop in a city like New York. The owners were working the grill, and cash register, and were so helpful with my families needs. Very clean, affordable, amazing service, and reasonable pricing. The owner said they had been open for 33 years, and even though I walked in on a whim, I can see why! We have a membership to the science center, and plan on returning again soon for another family day!

my wife and I went there October 26, 2015, just after the lunch hour. Really good soups and sandwiches. My wife had Italian noodle and I had bean soup with a roast beef sandwich. All of it was good, and the bread that came with the soup was really fresh. Menu is printed on the wall, and you tell them what you want and pay at the register. They bring the food out to you. Booths and tables, upstairs and downstairs seating. Very friendly staff and comfortable environment. Lunch for two for under $13.

Ive been coming here for many years and Ive never had a reason not to get their hot pastrami on pumpernickel; its piled high and easily the best sandwich in Louisville. Their atmosphere is great; like stepping into a mom-and-pop shop in the early 20th century, nice lighting, ample seating, etc. Throw in the fact that its right next to the Louisville Science Center and theres not much bad you can say about it.

This hole in the wall was the perfect spot to pop in and grab a bite before our Louisville Slugger tour. We were pointed to the shop by a display sign on the street--successful marketing tactic! The staff (the owners I believe) were super friendly and patient with our group (we had 7--three kids ages 3 and under). Highly recommend Another Place for a quick, fresh, healthy lunch at a fair price.

Finally, a restaurant that has been around for more than two years. This place is a lovely little sandwich shop nestled in between a parking garage and office building with a delicious menu. The chicken salad is definitely their secret weapon and you MUST enjoy it in one of their original booths.

Awesome interior design. Has a nice upstairs and comfortable downstairs seating area. Great for large groups! Close walking distance to Louisville museums on Main St. I enjoy their subs everytime I eat there with my family! Customer Service is outstanding, especially Kay!

Order process is chaotic, three orders ahead of me were messed up and had to be remade. Overall very disorganized. Good was decent, yet over priced. New management may be working things out, but for now, I am avoiding.

New owners need to learn from previous owners. Spent almost 20.00 for lunch for two and we didnt finish either sandwich. Seriously how can you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich. They did
