I only gave this location one star because zero stars isnt an option. We placed an order over the phone from your Leawood store around 11:00 am today, June 25 2015 for three sandwiches. Around 12:30 pm we called to check on our order because it still hadnt arrived. The woman who answered confirmed the order and notified us that the order was on its way with the driver and should be here any moment. Around 12:50 pm I called the location again and spoke with the manager. He said he needed to call the driver and find out his location. I NEVER heard back from him. I called the manager AGAIN at 1:00 pm and was told by the manager that our food should be here any moment. I called AGAIN at 1:20 pm and was told by the manager that all drivers had returned and that there was no order in existence for us. HOW CONVENIENT! OVER TWO HOURS OF BEING TOLD OUR ORDER WOULD BE HERE ANY MINUTE AND IT DIDNT EVEN EXIST for "some reason". We will NEVER be ordering from Goodcents again. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ive eaten here once. I was told that the delivery driver wasnt available so I would need to come pick it up. Ok, no problem its frustrating but things happen. When I arrive there are 3 people there including someone I can only assume was the manager, given how she presented herself. Given it had been made 30 minutes ago, the sub was ok. Im giving 1 star because I just placed my 2nd online order and was immediately called and told that the delivery driver was not available. I love Mr. Goodcents but this location really needs to work on things.

Personally this is my favorite Goodcents (and I have had multiple be "my Goodcents" at different times for years) because of the employees who have been there for a while. Ted is the most friendly employee they have and I literally go back because he is there! He stopped working there for a bit and I went to another Goodcents on state line, but he is back and so am I. His nephew works there now too and is a great worker! I wish I knew the other names because most if not all are great.

Employees are rude! They act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I have also called twice for delivery and they always say, "We are looking for a delivery driver ... and your next in-store order will be free." The only problem with this is... how is my next in-store order free if they dont take down any contact information so they know who I am. Youd be better to get a sandwich somewhere else. There are several that are close.

I havent had this in a while and todays service and food made me ask why. This location is wonderful, the people greeted me upon entry and the food was prepared perfectly. The chicken alfredo made me remember why I loved the place all over again, my sandwich was loaded but not messy, and the store was extremely clean. Great experience for a sub shop. I couldnt give them anything less than 5 stars.

Awful. I drive an extra mile and a half to go to a different location. like the other comments, the employees seriously act like you are an inconvenience when ordering. its like the soup Nazi kitchen from Seinfeld. thought they were having a bad day so I went back 2 more times and its the same every time. talking down to customers etc. NOT recommended.

Worst sub I have ever got from Goodcents. My last one from this location was awesome. Cant say it this time. Very little dressing if any that I requested. I wont spend $11.41+$2.00 delivery charge+$2.00 tip for this again. Someone definitely dropped the ball this time around. I even took a picture to post. I would like my money back.

Worst goodcents Ive been to. If you can get it delivered, expect to wait an hour or more, but they usually wont deliver. Pick up ordering is slow and sandwiches are not made the right way. Terrible store.
