I had a Italian sub delivered. I received something completely different. It wasnt even dressed rite. When i called to tell them what had happened, the manager told me that i got what i ordered and she would not replace the sub or refund my money. Basically calling me a liar. I drove up there to complain in person with the same response. I didnt go there for months and then i decided to try it again, hoping the girl had been fired. Nope. She must be the owner because she is still there. I swallowed my pride and then ordered a sub. I watched as the manager/owner treated her poor employee like a dog while she made my sandwich. Actualy, i talk to my dog with more respect then this hateful little girl talked to her employee. This person has no business being in charge of anything. Especially not anything customer service related. By the looks of the other reviews, this is a common problem. From now on I will drive a little further to the Goodcents on hwy 291. Unbelievable!

I have been eating lunch at the 24 hwy location almost every day for a couple of months and i can honestly say it is the best sandwich shop hands down for many miles in any direction. sandwiches are always fresh bread is super soft, and the chicken alfredo pasta is going to have me going to jenny craig soon if i dont cut back. I actually dont even know the manager ladies name but we talk every day and from what i have seen she runs an extremely efficient store. they can go from 1 customer to 25 in about a five minute span and they seemlessly ramp up to turbo mode and knock it out,never seen anyone wait more than five minutes to get served. oh and btw the complimentary newspaper in the dining area is the cherry on top!! keep up the good work ladies.

Will never be back!! We gave this location ALOT of business. On more than 1 occasion My childs CHICKEN alfredo had no chicken the last time I called and told them because we paid $6 for a childs chicken alfredo and it had no chicken. The girl argued with me and refused to just let us come back and get a few pieces of chicken. She swore we had not ordered it with chicken and that we did not pay for chicken. If this is the case WHY the hell is a tiny cup of noodles and white sauce almost $6 with tax?! Hope it was worth it to you because we will not darken your door step. You have now lost the business of a family of 5 several times a month AND the rest of my extended family and friends. I will tell everyone I know where NOT to go.

Shouldnt even leave one star ! Absolutely horrible, order from here twice figured the first day since they were busy and messed the order up it was a complete accident, the second time ordering they were out of tuna no big deal at all decided a chicken sandwich will have to do.. bring the food home and the chicks sandwich was drenched in vinegar, absolutely disgusting... called up there they dont even wanna remake the sandwich or replace the money for it. Absolutely rude and horrible customer service. Never again will I step foot in this establishment.

Absolutely horrible! I had it delivered and asked for extra sauce. What I received was my "sandwich" literally drowning in sauce. It was so mushy it fell apart when I tried to pick it up. When I called they said I could bring it back up to get another.. well I had it ordered so no I wont be coming up to get it. I cant, which is why I had it delivered. So the other option was a free cookie in my next order. A cookie is not the sam price as my $8 sandwich. No thanks.

After waiting over an hour for my simple single sandwich & soup order, I called to cancel. The employee who took my 4th phone call about my dis-satisfaction, gave me lame reasons of why my order was late - which none of her explanation excuses the fact that their customer service both on the telephone & sometimes in person, is less than stellar. Unless youre desperate, I would NOT order from this store location!!!

Looks run down,Staff looks miserable. I went on a Saturday afternoon, they didnt have any large cups out. I had to wait, Didnt have any lids out, I had to wait. And there was only one straw left, There was no other customers when I entered the place. Just looks dirty compared to all the Goodcents Restaurants I have been to in Kansas City (They cut their meat there fresh and in front of you too).

Havent had but one issue, and they forgot my drink on one delivery. Was a drink and was no big deal, gave me a free one the next go around. Im not a fan of the new online ordering, but other then that everytime I order it is fine. The delivery driver is super nice and even talks to my doggies.

Nice little sandwich shop but is hard to see from the road. Plenty of parking and right off the main road, their sign just kinda blends in with the surrounding businesses.
