5 stars for consistently exceptional kitchen staff and overall improvement in service. -1 Star for lackluster atmosphere. This BWW location is an independent franchise and has recently undergone changes in both management and service staff over the last couple of months. As a Speedway resident and fairly regular customer, I have noticed a drastic improvement in the quality of customer service and dining experience the restaurant provides. I still see a few familiar faces (like Aaron the Bar Manager) who have gone out of their way to accommodate me in the past, and I seriously can not say enough good things about the kitchen here. Standard BW3 menu, the store itself is in a strip mall beside the Big Lots and is underwhelming as far as atmosphere is concerned. However, with the neighborhood going the direction it is, there is no better place to meet for lunch or grab a beer and watch the game. I think they even host Stuff like community fundraising nights, Draft Parties, and do large pickup orders for tailgate parties and the like.

We sat down and everything was going well the waitress took our order and everything was great and then we waited and we waited and we waited for almost 45 minutes I finally told my waitress that I wanted to talk to a manager because the people that came in 20 minutes after we put our food order in got there food before us I asked to talk to a manager so I watched my waitress look for a manager for almost 5 minutes she finally finds one and the manager miraculously had our food in her hands I asked this young manager why it took so long for our food to come out and why the people that were here after us got there food first she said and I quote "well mama but some times it takes a longer time to cook the food" I have worked in restaurants for almost 15 years a short time of that was at buffalo wild wings and I know how kitchens work and if your having an off night thats fine it happens but dont send out this GIRL she looked like she was 15 to tell me that they were just cooking my food

Ok so we had 4 people. Our waiter promptly got our drinks and brought them. After that we waited 20 min for him to come back and take our order. We place our order and 50 min later here come our lousy ass food. It looked like it had been taken out of a dumpster and put back on a plate. We all ask for fresh food and requested to see a manager. Well here comes the big bad manager brittney, she really loves her job *ha*. We told her how bad the service was and she acted like it was our fault. She was rude and smelled bad too. Anyways she took the food back and brought out all of our food in literally less than 5 min. Im confused why we waited 50 min and got our second serving so fast? Horrible service and management. Ps. Im typing this on the toilet cause i think they poisoned my food and gave me the squirts.

I really wish 0 stars was available. When I ordered I was told 10 mins just to get the wrong food. I waited for it to be corrected running late I didnt inspect my food thoroughly. When I got to where I was going I opened it to realize there wasnt much sauce. When I called to let them know I was told the cameras would be checked and she would get back to me. No apologies, didnt say anything that made me have any faith that it wouldnt happen again it was all my fault for not checking. Asked me 20 questions, when I ask for corporates number I was told there are no numbers and I needed to go to the website. When I asked for her name she lied and wouldnt give me a last name. The rudeness of only the manager has made me want to spread the word to never come to this restaurant ever even if just to pop in and out.

⭐⭐⭐BRANDON⭐⭐⭐ 5 years ago I swore I would never come back here. Tonight this is where my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday so I reluctantly returned. To make sure I wouldnt be disappointed I set the bar low. Well once our large party of rowdy teens were seated Brandon introduced himself and from that moment on he provided the most outstanding service that I have had in a long time and certainly the best Ive had here. All of the orders were correct. The food was great. His ATTITUDE!!! OMG he acted like he actually enjoyed what he was doing and we werent an annoyance. I cant say that this will now become our favorite place but I will say that it was nice to see someone his age with such great work ethic and we really did enjoy our evening.

Thursday July 27th 2017 Staff cant tell the difference between ranch and blue cheese... Need I say more? Of course when I called and asked for a manager I was asked for what reason by the front staff. Does it matter!? Give me the manager and stop beating around the bush with me... So after i explain my self unnecessarily the manager (Doug) instead of answereing the phone himself he has the same employee answer the phone again to tell me there nothing to be done and that I would have to drive back to the location which is forty minutes away. Ive never dealt with a restaurant staff so incompetent. I wont be visiting this location again and will keep getting my wings from the location on keystone.

My 16 year old son and his friends went here to use the gift cards they had gotten for Christmas. Got there food and drinks when they finished. They got the bill and waited for the server. Who never came back so put the gift cards on the table and left there was enough on the cards for the food and drinks plus an 8 dollar tip. As they get outside the speedway police officer who works security stops them. And said that they didnt pay the bill. After taking them inside they figure out that they had paid. Manager apologize but the speedway police officer followed them outside. And trying to provoke them in to smart off to him. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS! !!!.

I called in 2 orders for 15 wings around lunch on a thursday for our lunch break. Took us about 20 mins to get there, the place was almost empty, servers were just talking but I didnt mine since I was a carry out. The person checking us out told me she knew the wings ready and my cowork and i waited another 15 mins she called a manager over to look at the computer. We paid and got our wings, and when we got back to the truck a bit angry for the wait, then we realized that the receipt showed when the order was placed. The order was placed at the same time we arrived. Terrible place for lunch because obviously they did not care.

After visiting this location consistently over the last few years, tonight is the worst experience Ive ever had! Waiting over 40 minutes for a salad and some wings is unacceptable. If youre restaurant is under staffed and your kitchen is behind, be up front with your customers and tell them that. Is it even more frustrating to wait over 40 minutes for your food to arrive and when it does finally arrive, its subpar and part of the order is missing. A salad comes with dressing and I shouldnt have to ask for it when my salad comes out. The food should be nothing less than hot and steamy!
