Horrible service and mediocre overpriced food! This was our first and last time at this place. We waited 8 minutes in line to pull up to the order board which was the first time we had ever seen their menu. It would have been nice to have had a second menu board to look at while we were waiting. When we arrived at 2pm there were only 5 cars in line. By the time we ordered, 2 of them had pulled out of line and given up. The girl on the speaker told us "just a minute" 4 times before she took our order. We asked for 2 regular sandwiches and were charged $13! When we finally received the food it was 2:22 and our receipt was time stamped 2:08. So, we waited a total of 22 minutes to get two miniature unremarkable sandwiches. The funny thing is their bag actually has printed on it: "Fast 8 minutes through the line, max". Good luck in your new location...you are going to need it!!!!! See ya.

I came through the drive thru and ordered a chicken salad sandwich and when I got home opened to find out there was only lettuce and bread. I had to drive all the way back up and called the manager and they said they would have it ready. I got there gave me the sandwich and it was wrong again!!! Did not offer a refund I had to ask for one. The manager apologized and said it was training errors. I hope so bc I loved the one in cincy but I dont think I will be back to this one.

Ordered online. Order was ready within the promised time frame. The staff was friendly and courteous. Food was prepared correctly and was still warm when I got it home. I didnt care much for the multi-grain bread, but the filling was good, as was the potato salad and macaroni salad. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are excellent!

Overpriced food, no flavor in the pizza sandwich and "meatballs" is plural and no matter how much you crumble up one meatball and spread it over the sandwich it does not become more than one meatball! What a rip off over priced over glorified subway! Never wasting my time and money there again when I could make better at home.

I have given this establishment multiple chances to improve but it just gets worse. I just left drive thru after receiving my chicken salad sandwich except when I opened it up there was no chicken salad. The food is tasteles and servings are small. My mom and sister both agree. I think Im done giving them another chance.

Mediocrity is the name of the game here. Overpriced food. Dry sandwiches with little meat. Go down the street to which wich or McAllisters. Ive given this place several times and still always the same.
