I only gave this restaurant a star because I couldnt give them half of one. The server was sweet but you could tell it was scripted. My boyfriend and I both got fajitas, shrimp and chicken. It was basically meat with onions, I asked for no tomatoes and if I had asked for no onions it would have been meat on a skillet. The meat was cooked just to temp but no flavor, I let the shrimp sit on the hot skillet before it even looked edible and his chicken looked microwaved. The rice was without a doubt microwaved, maybe more than once. We found 5 pieces of the skin of the onion because we could not bite through it. His gaucomole was brown so it obviously had been sitting out and our tortillas were cold within seconds of unwrapping them. I dont know how the waitress wasnt embarrassed to serve us that. Besides the food the decor was tacky and the bathroom was repulsive. I have been in bed sick to my stomach since I returned home. I will never eat here again, and I advise anyone to stay clear. I feel I wasted my money.

This is a great spot for small parties that love oysters and beer! They also have wine. I came as a party of 2 and was seated after 10-15 minutes. It gets crowded easily (small space) and early. They have a few tables, 3 or so high-top tables by the wall and a bar seating as well. We came here for the happy hour followed by dinner. The oysters were amazing, especially paired with beer. They have a good assortment of oysters, beer, and wine. The oysters were massive, but they were also delicious - flavor, texture, everything 100%. The happy hour deal is awesome - 6 oysters and a beer for only $12. We ended up order three rounds (1 for each of us at first, and then we ordered another round to share because it was so delicious!). The service was great as well - the waiter checked in with us every now and then. The waiters were attentive to our needs and served the food quickly. HANDS DOWN, the best oysters Ive ever had (and Ive eaten a lot of oysters)!

My credit card info was stolen from this restaurant. Every single person at my table that used a credit card had fraud charges show up on their account. Only use cash at this restaurant if dining here. The service was also very slow. I will say that it was very busy, so the service can be excused somewhat, but we sat at our table for a good half hour before getting any service at all. When the waitress would come to our table, she wouldnt ask if anyone else needed anything. She would address one person and unless you caught her attention, she would just walk away. Its sad because this is a good restaurant. The place has been rebuilt after it burnt down and it looks very nice. When we eventually got food, I was happy with it. They need to find out whats causing these fraud charges fast. I will never trust this restaurant again and I urge you to do the same.

When I was younger hacienda was a place me and my family visited quite often. I recently visited and was very disappointed. I remember when a wet burrito came with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and guacamole. Now you just get the burrito and they charge for the sour cream and guacamole. I did not request lettuce and tomato on top because I thought it still came that way but after seeing how they nickel and dime you to death I am starting to think they will charge for that as well. The quality of the food has went down hill. I had the ground beef and to be honest taco bell taco meat has way better flavor and texture. The best part of the whole meal was the margaritas. Not a place I will be returning to, I will stick to the other local Mexican restaurants where I can get true, authentic Mexican flavor.

Food was terrible. Cant justify calling this a mexican restaurant. Rice was dry with no flavor, chicken flautas again had no flavor. Salsa was more like chunky ketchup. Refried beans most definitely came from a can. (Which is ok but add some spices to dress it up a little dang.) And to say that "if you want sour cream or guacamole its an extra charge" are you serious?! No way they should be allowed to call this a "mexican restaurant"... waitress seemed annoyed that she had to work that day. I came, I tried and will only go back for a margarita! Thats why they get 1 star... THAT MARGARITA WAS BOMB BUT THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING

Good service was excellent! I hadnt been back to hacienda in a long time due to bad service the last time I was there but this time was great looks like theyve got some new smiley faces in there. Not sure how new but the waitress I had was Ashley and she was prompt and very kind. Food was good Ive always loved their food. Maybe I have a new place to start going back. Manager was walking around and carrying trays so the guests would have a good experience. If your traveling looking for a reasonably priced family place, go to hacienda.

Not a good restaurant. The lotsa enchiladas (beef, chicken, and pork) were only covered in cheddar cheese, NOT enchilada sauce. The meats were all very juicy, but they didnt taste anything like their natural flavors. It was almost as if they took the meats and stored them in an artificial flavor stew. The rice was completely dry and bland, no flavor at all. The salsa, though basically ketchup, was what saved me from wasting away. And holy crap, the music! The amount of early 2000s hits was unreal. Not worth the visit.

We stopped into this once fine restaurant on our way through town. We ordered an appetizer to split and two sodas. The flautas were dry and tasteless and cold. The mozarella sticks were obviously reheated and they didnt even try to disguise the fact that the "boneless" chicken wings were little hard nuggets with cold barbecue sauce on them. We didnt get plates or napkins. We just paid our bill and left. Never again. Too bad, this was once a fine restaurant.

If I could give this place a NO STAR I would. Food was awful, every single one of our tacos the meat was cold. I told the waiter the meat was cold and he said he gets that a lot and its because they put the toppings on cold and it cools the meat. What??!! THE MEAT WAS COLD! Chicken, pork and beef were ALL COLD. Didnt even finish just wanted to get out of there. Seriously have to TRY to screw up Mexican food that bad. Flavor was awful. Never again!

What happened to this place? I used to be a frequent diner here 5 years ago when I lived closer, but my last few visits have been awful. The shredded chicken wet burrito tasted like it was from a cheap frozen meal. Probably the worst burrito I have ever had. Barely any flavor. The salsa is like a tomato paste. I dont remember it being like that. Atmosphere is great though! If you want good Mexican type food in the area, check out Mucho Mas.
