Poor service. The waitress did not want to wait on us because on my bill boyfriend. Waited 5 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Than no no spoon to put sugar In. Than she said she would be right back with it. But went to another table ask they need anything else he said a to go container. She brought that right back. Still setting there waiting on a spoon. Had to go ask for it my self after 5 minutes. By the way her name is MARY. Than the manager took over was shocked when I told her if the waitress did not want to wait on us she should of said so. Manager was shocked. Poor service. Oh yes never got a refill on coffee either. Dont know what food tasted like told her we was leaving. Going to stake and shake better service.

This place is way too expensive and you give very little food portions it is $9 for just a cheeseburger and if you order fries with it they give you very little fries and the fries are all so expensive to overall this is one of the worst places to eat in Marion Indiana right across the street is Steak and Shake their food taste way better and you can get an order of cheese burgers and fries together for only $5 would never recommend Bob Evans and Marion Indiana to anyone

My dad and I usually come here when he wants to go to lunch. We usually stay a hour to 2 hours just chatting. It is never really crowded, the waiters are usually always nice and friendly. This time the server was not very good. Forgot a few things and didnt refill drinks. I brought my nephew with us and she would always set food and drinks in front of him! Server 101 never place food in front of a 9 month old baby! Other than that the food was okay.

Poor service. I sat and waited for 20 minutes and not once was I addressed by a single waiter/waitress. Meanwhile, 3 other tables were seated, and given drinks. I felt like I was being ignored, and walked out. Even then, not one person acknowledged us. I consider this VERY POOR customer service. Its a shame too, because I enjoy the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant, and I tip well. Your loss Bob Evans

Waiting in line for 15 minute at carry out yet my food was setting there yet had to wait...? biscuits and gravy was sickening. Everything was cold. eggs were over done and stringy. I paid ten bucks to only eat the bacon... the rest was horrible.

The food is great, and prices are decent. Dont come here if youre short on time though. Its slow getting seated, and slow paying your bill at the end. After ordering your meal, the wait time is average to other dine-in restaurants.

Went to Bob Evans in Marion and waited 20 minutes to be waited on and some other people came in and got waited on right away, mean while Im still waiting complained to the manager and left, mark that one off my list
