This was our 2nd visit to the restaurant. The first visit was good so we went back. We were seated in a timely manner so we thought it was going to be great. Our server was busy so the Manager came to take our drink order. The server made his way to our table in a reasonable amount of time. At this point we are still pleased. We ordered some mozzarella sticks to come out before our 2 kids meals and our 2 adult entrees. We waited about 30min for our appetizer. I finally asked the server about them and he said he would check, also my boyfriend and my sons root beer had been empty for about 25min. Almost 10min after I asked about our appetizer it shows up along with our food. Mozzarella sticks no longer is an appetizer at this point. My boyfriend gets his cold food, my sandwich is missing onion nor did I get my mac and cheese, my daugters food isnt right, my son didnt even get his food. They take my daughters food away since it wasnt right. So the adults have food and the children dont. We really dont want to eat in front of them so we feed them off our plates (boyfriend and son still have empty drinks.) We continue to eat our food so it doesnt get cold. Almost done with our meal, the kids meals show up and we finally get drink refills after about 45min of empty glasses. By the way I had went to the manager after we got our adult meals and after we had waited another 10min for our kid meals. I told him I would rather my kids have had their meals and we wait but thats not what happened. Everyone is finally almost done with their sub par food. I still havent received my mac and cheese that I asked about 3 times. It comes after I am finished eating. Apparently it was my dessert (sarcasm) The server brings us our bill after we have sat there 1 1/2 hours total. Nothing taken off the bill, no offers of a free dessert, no apologies from either Pedro(manager) nor Jeremy(server). We had gone in to eat with plenty of time for us to have dinner and get home to get the kids to bed on time, but came out of there late to get them to bed because of this horrific service. I wasnt asking for a free meal, but the fact that I didnt get my mac and cheese until after I was done eating, the kids meals were 15min after our adult meals and my boyfriends food was cold. And nothing taken off the bill or any apologies for any of this, really? I highly doubt we go back any time soon. We visited on October 10 2016 if anyone in upper management sees this. Our ticket time said 8:00pm and we left very unsatisfied around 9:30pm

Went there today, Friday the 7th of Oct. Got there at 5:30. Ask waiter where our food was it had been just shy of an hr. He went back to the kitchen to ask they chew him out for going back there so he got the manager. They kept telling us it was coming. Even the manager said we were next our food coming. Finally at 15 till 7 here comes our food. My daughter never got her vegetable sticks or her loaded fries, her wings were cold, and she never got her blue cheese dressing. Me. I ordered the 5 piece ck strips. My food was last to get I got a small handful fries and 3 strips. I ask waiter he said it was the way it comes. Like a kids meal. I showed him on menu because he couldnt find it. 5 piece ck strip basket. So he goes back to kitchen to tell them. By the time I got it everyone done. My husbands tenderloin was crispy on the outside and doughy on inside. Everyone elses ok. Then they had us down for 2 loaded french fries we only had one. First time there and the last.

To start things off, not one employee understood how to seat guests. Once we were finally seated and got drinks (the only ones we ever got, no refills) we ordered three appetizers. And then 10 minutes later ordered our entrees. 45 minutes later we received our appetizers half warm. Directly after came our COLD unimpressive entrees. Following this we noticed two meals were missing. And a kids meal was missing. After telling a waitress who brought the food, our original waitress came and rudely asked. "What did you even order thats missing" We asked for the manager and nothing happened. Finally after getting up to find the manager myself I was quite irritated. Needless to say, my family and I will never go back, nor recommend this "restaurant" to anyone.

Really disappointed. Was looking forward to the direct competition to BW3. First visit wad so so. Nothing really good but nothing really bsd. Food was lacking s bit. Place was new. Understand some starts can be a little tough. Tried second visit tonight. Not busy but not dead. Got seated promptly but never got waited on. Gave up after 15 min or so at that point it was noticeable things werent gonna go well even if we would have pleaded for service. Dont believe anyone even cared we left. Too many options to return. Perhaps the next business in that location will be a hit. I would estimate by July.

I have eaten here many times since it opened the Kokomo location. We used to stop at the Plymouth location when in the area. This location hasnt ever reach the level of service as the Plymouth location. We have had several issues here even receiving a free meal in one situation. Unfortunately they no longer have or will have dark beer according to the bartender and that was the last thing that kept me coming back. Tonight will likely be the last time I eat here. Ill have to find another place for good dark beer 1/2 Moon will most likely be getting my money more often now.

Manager was little help, had an attitude and made our waitress cry. Rude . The mild Wings werent very good, very oily! Waitress was running around like crazy to get to everyome but really needed help. We even called and let them know a large party (25) were coming. They said no issue but obviously it was since it took over an hr to get inedible wings. Didnt want to say anything cause you could already see she was upset cause manager was yelling at her. If I worked theree I would have told him to kiss my a** and left. Felt really bad for her. Not going back

We waited almost 20 minutes before someone took our drink order and another 20 before a different person took our appetizer order. As we were about to leave, our appetizer came and a 3rd person came to take our entree order. After another 30 min, our wings came soaked in sauce. The Wings Etc. in Peru,IN is a much better experience.

The wife and I ate here on new years night beforw the ball dropped. Amazing wings, great selection, and the top shelf long islands were great. So great that after we left to see the ball drop we came back to have a few more drinks. Well Definitely going to be coming back for another late night dinner/drink date

This is our 2nd time here. Drinks were way off the first time but better now. However the entire place is NOT busy. Most of our drinks came wrong if we got them at all.the ones we got took at least 30... Been sitting for an hour for food.
