Service was not good food sucked worse. Got apps in a reasonable time and they were good. However after ordering the main course we waited 30 min only to have the waitress come back and confirm our order. 30 min later dinner arrived and was wrong for 3 of the 4 of us. We corrected the food runner and waited 15 more min. Then we were missing sauces for 3 of the 4 meals. 10 min later we had them sauces but now the food was cold. Being disgusted and completly over the meal and experience at this point we didnt want a correction to our order or more or different food so we did not share this with the manager or whoever it was who walked around and asked. We only had drinks refilled once in the 2hrs we were there, sides were wrong, sauces were absent or wrong, drinks were ignored, cold food, cold sauces put on hot wings mac n cheese sucked, coleslaw sucked. About the only good part of the meal were the tater tots 2 of the 4 people ordered. We received the check and the absentee waitress surprisingly showed up less that a minute later asking if we were ready to pay. I asked for a manager. Manager came I explained the above and offered to pay $45 of the $85 bill because I thought that was fair considering the drinks apps and food that was eaten. Instead I got a 10% discount. Then I asked for my 10% for being a disabled vet. Some how $85 minus 20% equals $75. Who knew. Rip off. At any rate. If your going out for a family meal or in a group, like eating at the same time, care about order accuracy, good food or want an experience better than a drive thru grab bag stay away..

After giving this place 3 tries to impress me, I give it 1 Star. The main issues are slow service, stale cold food, and overpricing. The first time, my curly fries were only mildly warm. The second time they were very busy and the wait time was awful. There was one group that sat down and waited for about 10 minutes for a server to even take their drink orders before just leaving. I had to wait about 15 minutes after our drink order before flagging the waitress down and reminding her of our drinks. In addition to that, the food took 2-3 times as long as any other sit-down restaurant. The third time I went, the restaurant had very few customers, so I figured, we would have fresh food and it will be quick. While yes, the wait was not bad, the food was cold. I ordered boneless chicken wings and the chicken was not hot, looked like it had been sitting around for a while, and did not have that fresh crisp texture of being just cooked. Ive worked in a restaurant before so I know the difference between fresh chicken and chicken that has been siting around for 30+ minutes. With the restaurant so dead, they really had no excuse other than laziness not to make a fresh batch of chicken. I really wanted to like this place because I had heard that it had good food and great burgers, but every time was a disappointment. I will likely not return and warn others not to visit here either.

FRAUD ALERT We came to this location while in town for a meeting Saturday June 24th 2017 around 2pm we came in An waited for awhile to be seated this place was a ghost town maybe 1 person in the entire place my wife wanted to leave because she felt that was a bad sign but I had been to other locations An enjoyed it An there was not one near us I talked her into staying. HOWEVER we should of left service was terrible food was cold An BETTER YET THE WAITRESS STOLE OUR CREDIT CARD Number we were made aware when I went to pay for a bill turns out ASHLEY M used our card on the wish shopping app as well to pay some apartment complex by the name of Casey Acres in Westfield IN Im very unhappy of how unprofessional this company is An WILL NEVER RETURN

Food was as good as usual, but only the stars because while wait staff was GREAT. ...heard that a turnover of wait staff is an issue. This is a South Bend, IN based operation. Maybe the owners need to spend more time training management --usu the cause in a VIBRANT community when workers split, something those living in South Bend know little about. Perhaps they assume Indy area workers will put up with sad situations that those in South Bend can do little to combat, but here the wait staff can simply say, "NEXT!" and move on. On this visit, server, waitress and bartender were ONE in the same. ..to quote our prez, "Sad!"

36/m from Greenfield. Went into wings on Tuesday, excited about finally having yuengling in indiana, only to find out they jacked up the price of it. In ohio it is priced comparably to miller, Coors or bud products. Now a 100 ounce table top beer of miller, Coors or bud is around $15-16. I cant remember exactly. Yuengling was $30. You can get craft beer cheaper than that. I know for a fact there is a restaurant/sports bar in indiana that sells 128 ounces of yuengling for $15. Very disappointed in wings etc.

This is the go to place for a guys night out! Everytime I go there I am impressed by their draft beer selection and food quality. Wings Ect. drowns their wings in a wide variety of sauces that have incredible flavor. Last time I was there they served a limited release beer from Saint Johns Brewing Company called 4b bolder burnt bottom brown ale with 10.2% abv, which is quite possibly the best beer I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. 5/5 I will keep coming back.

No comparison to BDUBS at all! Prices are the same, but food portions are smaller, it all tastes good but not worth it for how much we pay and also how LONG the food takes, the servers are super nice and I know they cant help how fast the food gets out (for the most part) seriously need to step up your game wings, theres a reason I travel 15 minutes to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Pendleton pike instead of coming two minutes down the road for you.

Waited over ten minutes at the "please wait to be seated"sign. Gave up. Went to the bar in hopes of faster service. What a flop. Waited almost twenty minutes to get our order in. Took over 45 minutes on what Id call a not so busy night. Very unprofessional staff. Horrible service. Only positive comment I have is that the food was decent. Not good enough to make it worth the wait and aggravation. Will never come back.

If waiting15-20 minutes just for drinks is your idea of a great time then come here. Food is hit or miss. Honestly there are times the food is really good. Unfortunately greenfield needs a place like this really bad, but they are failing. I come to this place and put up with the problems because there is no place around. Its sad. This place is very inconsistent

Food was good, but the service was horrible. There were only 2 other people in the entire restaurant, at noon. It took us an hour from start to finish, almost 30 minutes of that was just waiting for the food to come out. Server was not attentive and took forever to get refills, bring the bill, process the bill, etc
