We have been to this restaurant several times and usually receive good service. Unfortunately, our service this evening (5/21/17) was terrible. Our server took our order and brought us our drinks. That was our only contact with her the entire visit. Somebody else brought us our food and took away our plates when we were done. We didnt receive any refills on our drinks, nobody enquired about the taste of the food, and nobody offered to bring more chips and salsa. The server passed by our table several times without even a glance in our direction. After we finished our food, we waited for at least 10 minutes and nobody brought our check, so I finally approached the cashier and asked to speak to the manager. He said he was sorry and that she is very busy with other tables. Well, I hope her other tables received better service and Ill be very busy dining at other restaurants. On a side note, the food was delicious.

Wed been looking forward to trying Don Rigo since we saw it under construction. The food was pretty good--youll find many of the Indiana Mexican restaurant menu items youd hope for with some new and unique dishes mixed in. We were greeted warmly and quickly shown to a table. So far so good. But then our server, Lupita, hardly spoke to us, visited our table three times--once to take our drinks, again to wordlessly deliver our food, and then not again until we finally got her attention again and asked for our bill. Forget about any refills, the clean fork I needed after the one I was given was dirty, or any other problems or requests we might have had with our food. Instead, she sat at another table and visited with her coworkers. Do try the food, but call and order it to go or risk less-than-stellar service.

We have eaten here several times now. The warm chips and cool salsa as appetizers are very good, and easily over indulged on. It was a Monday night and the place was very busy, with the servers hustling to keep up, which they did. Our server was was right on time clearing plates or bringing more chips and salsa. We waited longer than usual because of the crowd, but it was worth it. Our food tasted fresh and hot. My husband and I enjoy both the food here and the atmosphere.

The food here is amazing! The servers are fast and courteous. The flavors are much better than most the other mexican restaurants Ive been to. The blue margarita is a great starter while waiting for your food! Ive tried several dishes, but I think my favorite is the Pollo Toluca. The chorizo is flavorful without the bite that some have. Its a great combination with the chicken. The salsa is fresh and the chips keep coming! You will not be disappointed!

This is probably the best place in Greenfield for Mexican food. The chips are warm and fresh. The salsa is better than most. The beer is cold and they have a good selection of craft, foreign, and domestic. The 5 enchiladas dinner is very good with 1 chicken, 1 shredded beef, 1 cheese, 1 ground beef, and 1 chorizo. It worth a try if youve never been there.

My family and I LOVE Don Rogos! The food is delicious! The staff has always been super friendly. We have never had a bad experience here. The only improvement they could make is to make it bigger. There is usually a wait for a table and not much room to wait in. This is a fabulous place with delicious food and friendly people :-)

The food and atmosphere were great but the table service has been a little slow both times that I have been here. It took over an hour to receive our food after we ordered and they did not refill our drinks often enough. Overall this a high quality authentic Mexican restaurant, but it could definitely use a staffing improvement.

This is one of the 2 best Mexican food restaurants I have ever eaten at. The food, iced tea, and service was exceptional. Our server David, was as good as I have had at ANY establishment. It is well worth the half hour drive, in which we pass numerous other Mexican restaurants along the way.

Ive spent a LOT of time over the years in various areas of Mexico on business and pleasure. The food here is about as close as Ive found locally to that south of the border. The food, drinks and service have always been great! Also happens to be my wifes new favorite place for Mexican food.

The food and service was great. The waiter kept our chips and salsa filled. We even were able to purchase a spicy salsa. Our food was brought out in a timely manner. A nice surprise since we were traveling through the state.
