Not sure where to start. Upon my arrival I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Noticed that the janitorial closet inside the womens restroom was halfway open, so of course I peeked inside! Its a complete disaster & mess! I understand this is only a janitorial closet for the bathrooms, but if a small closet looks like this, what does the actual kitchen and food storage look like...? They opened at 11 AM. I got there at 11:32 and was seated immediately. The waitress was quick and I ordered the salad bar. Easy right? When I got up there to the salad bar there were several things missing, and there was only about four plates. There was no spoons,ladles, serving utensils for half of the items. There was no bacon bits or croutons. When I asked someone about the croutons, they said they had to go cook them so it would take a few minutes. I thought you were supposed to be open and ready for business at 11? Needless to say the poor people that were there before me (which was about seven tables worth)had to patiently wait even longer than I while the staff still worked on filling the salad bar. I feel like this is a very unorganized and poorly ran Ruby Tuesdays.

I have worked here for over a year. Almost every server that works there are always very upbeat and great to work with and I love the food there. They have the best burgers and fries by far. The soups are great and our new updated salad bar is absolutely fantastic. We have made in house dressings and a great selection. The double Decker chicken is fantastic as well as the steaks. We have the best onion rings and French fries I have had anywhere. We have an awesome selection of veggies for sides and on the garden bar. Its by far the beat place to work and eat. I will never get tired of our selection of food we have!!!

I an severely disappointed in this restaurant, on account of not only the food but also the terrible service. Upon entering the door I was greeted by a hostess who sounded bored with her job. It seemed as if the atmosphere of the restaurant was uninviting- as if I was a burden to my waitress, who repeatedly forgot to check on my table. The salad bar was definitely the worst of all, however, as it took 4 different customers complaints before it was restocked. I felt as if the poor service truly lowered both my dining experience this afternoon as well as my expectations for this particular restaurant.

You can tell this restaurant is helmed by people without any passion for the business. The food was fine but the building (bathrooms especially) is in dire need of some deep-cleaning attention. Most of the staff looked like they were trudging through the day, including the manager. It wasnt a bad experience at all, everyone was nice enough and the food was fine - it was just disappointing after how wowed weve been with other Ruby Tuesday restaurants.

If you have an allergy this is the place to go too. They take it extremely serious and care about your experience here. My wife and I travel a lot, she has a lemon and lime acid allergy which is as bad as peanuts if not worse. The manager quickly comes over, checks over your meal choices and tells you yes or no. They use a separate grill and tools. To me this is above and beyond! And we are def thankful...keep up the good work gang!!!

Great food, their Double Decker Chicken & Smokey Mountain Chicken are terrific! And Im a steak guy! Ribs are good, also. Appetizer Thaiphoon Shrimp is unique and excellent. Salad Bar is always fresh with excellent selection- always one of the best salad bars around. Only negatives, some of their steaks can yield some tough chewy bites. The mens restroom usually appears somewhat clean, but always stinks of strong urine, very strong.

The food was excellent, and our servicer was very nice and polite. However, the person that greet you upon our arrival should not be a greeter. I learned that he was the manager. His presentation was very flat, unfriendly, and glare at you when you arrives. I almost left after this experience. I am glad that I stayed because the rest of my experience was very good. I feels this manager needs training in customer relationship.

Boring salad bar. Im always really excited about whatever I order and then all said and done feel like I WAY over paid. Our waiter was quite snide. The hostess who seated us seemed lost. All the other tables had the delicious little biscuits and we asked twice over a twenty minute period and never recorded any. The food took well over forty minutes for two burgers and the place was nearly empty.

The group at this location is fantastic. We had some of the best service Ive experienced anywhere, they made sure everything was just right. The training is apparent and makes a great difference. Good food also, the double decker chicken is a tasty plate full. Nice job on Brittanys efforts! Thanks to Victoria also! Thank you, Megan!

After being told it was a 20 minute wait on a Monday afternoon. We notice an entire section of the restaurant empty. I guess they didnt have their staff under control because they sure wasnt busy. Their food was so bad that we will never try a other one. One a side note they did have a salad bar which is rare these days

Prototypical Ruby Tuesdays. Facility was very busy for dinner when we visited, however they seated us promptly considering. Server was great! Very friendly and very attentive to our needs, took great care of us. Salad bar couldve used a little TLC, but it was crazy busy like I said. Facilities were orderly.

Service was OK, cooked a rare steak 3 times never could even hit medium. Desert was supposed to be a brownie ended up being a frozen chocolate chip cookie on top of whipped creme, was honestly comical. Salad bar wasnt stocked to well and really not to fresh, very disappointed with this Ruby Tuesday

Worst service I have ever had. After an hour wait I was told they didnt have the food I ordered. Waitress was literally drunk or on drugs and couldnt walk straight, let alone form a complete sentence. We left after an hour and a half and went to McDonalds.

We love their food but everyone we go to the one in Edinburgh, In we never get the biscuits or are even offered. We have been there many times and it doesnt matter if they are busy or not.

They staff was great.. my server ryan was awesome.. the manager vickie was great as well.. very pleasant and upbeat.. drinks were great.. a nice spot to go to after a day of shopping..!!

The burgers are too processed and gritty. And frozen pasta sucks. My grandfather goes for the salad bar, I usually end up making a meal of appetizers and salad. Good service though.

Dreadful service from a bitter and unpleasant staff. I have been to a lot of Ruby Tuesdays all over the country and the food was good but the staffing ruined the experience.

It was OK, all I had was the chicken tortill or enchilada soup, cant remember what it was called. We were seated in the bar area for lunch and our server was fantastic.
