Ive eaten here since I was a child and now take my own children here. Food quality and restaurant cleanliness is always fine. However, over the years food portions have decreased and prices increased. We have reduced the frequency of family visits as a result. Ive also been a bit disgusted by the prep area. Workers hurriedly create the chosen dessert without cleaning much in between. Sauces and syrups, sprinkles and toppings are everywhere. I saw utensils used, rinsed in a sink of water and reused. Its miraculous Ive never gotten sick. Atleast the employees have always been friendly. The location is sometimes busy to access and parking lot too full to allow parking. The drive through is handy, but a tight squeeze for larger trucks. The parking lot itself is scary with a dangerous drop on one side and large hill on another. Be aware of your kids! Regardless, this location has been here for YEARS and still is in good shape. Plus its got an outdoor access restroom which is really unique.

The staff is unfriendly. I saw one drop something and then put it back into the fry station. I was also told that the toothbrushes that are used to clean the ice cream blenders are also used to clean the toilets and their excuse for this was they bleach them. Absolutely disgusting. Owner should be ashamed of himself.

Food is always on point. Very pleasantly clean. Customer service is a work in progress but the on shift manager is on top of her game and was very willing to address the issues with the visit immediately!!! Get the one employees issue addressed and it would be a great rating from me next time!! Thanks

While waiting an extremely long time to be served, I saw an employee in the kitchen eating fries directly from the bin that customers are served from. That about sums the place up.

Im not a huge guy but their booths are tiny. The staff is never awake enough to get an order out timely or with an attempt at a smile. This is what we get with teenage help I guess.

Fries are cold the fry station was full of fries. Service was unfriendly. The one in cave city is 100% better
