My husband and I are here in town visiting and was told this place was great, as well as seen the reviews online. Boy were we in for a surprise. First of all, it took awhile for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there to order. Once we placed our order, I noticed a man sitting down near where the food was being made, eating wings. We sat down and waited 55 minutes for our medium 2 topping pizza to finally get done. I had to go up to the counter to get the ranch they forgot, and the same man was still sitting in the same spot on his phone. After we finished eating, I walked back up to the counter to get a to-go box and again, the same man was still sitting there on his phone. Not sure who is in charge here but I hope they know they are paying at least one employee to sit on his butt and eat and play on his phone. The pizza was good, not worth the hour wait thats for sure. Did I mention we were the inky customers during the entire duration of our visit? I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. It seems like the only people giving this place reviews are family and friends of those that work here. The people working here really need to work on their customer service skills and need to take a course on food safety.

Ordered a Sunday Special of a giant Pizza, 5 wings, and a 2-liter for 20 bucks. I got a pizza half the size as advertised, and when I called, they wanted me to bring it back, so they could remake it. Really? How bout deliver me what I ordered and paid for. When I refused to drive back, they offered me 10% off my next order. Sorry, there wont be another order. Very disappointed. I desperately want this pizza to be good as there really isnt anything great in town, but they consistently fail. If the pizza tasted great, it would have made up for it, but it was subpar at best. When Little Caesars becomes your go to pizza in town, you know youve hit rock bottom.....

Regularly ordered from venice because its good pizza close, but past three times it has gone downhill, so after last order will NOT be getting pizza again. No manager on duty, so workers are smoking and socializing instead of working. Girl fully took order and then went to pick up said phone cut out and didnt get order. She even repeated order twice and said total was 21.85 and would be ready in 30 min. Said they were backed up and would probably be an hour. Noone was there. Girl that claimed to be manager appeared high.

Apparently they close at 9 I ordered pizza at 830 and had it delivered by 9 pizza was undercooked! Bread was still chewy cheese was not melted and sausage tasted like crap! Given this place plenty of chances time to move on.

Surprisingly delicious! The photos of the pizza make it look like cafeteria pizza from a high school, but these babies are crazy good. The decor is a bit sparse, but pizzas are great.

Best pizza in porter county. Only rivals Ninos pizza in Chicago heights or Ginos when it was in Highland. Top notch pizza without a doubt!
