The staff is very rude and not understanding They have 0% of patience and are once again RUDE Do not come here unless you would like to be kicked out for siting down somewhere I would give this place 0 stars but I cant Ive gone here a few times and staff were still very rude The maneger was even worse than most of the staff The only nice people at this place are the people that serve food they are nice and theres only like a few of them so anyway UNLESS you like rude staff at a place thats supposed to be fun DONT COME HERE

We went there for a birthday party on a weeknight. Staff was friendly and it was clean. We brought our 2nd kid/only paid $8 to let her play at the playground area (think BIGGER, cleaner, (better!) jungle gym like McDonalds (I stress bigger/better/nicer), ball pit, kinetic sand table. ...our son (as part of the bday party) got to do laser tag and play at the arcade area (small but a good assortment to pick from)...he LOVED it... All in all well be going back... I do recommend :-)

Saturday afternoon, and the place is a zoo, as I expected for a weekend. The playground area is clean and bright. I see this being a good place for kids under like 8. My 8 year old is having a good time, as is my 5 year old. My 11 year old would be way too big for everything in the playground area. The arcade is really nothing to get excited about. Its very small; prices are basically on par with others. Laser tag was a blast!

Its a fun place for kids. It would be nice if the grown-ups followed the rules however. Take off your shoes and stay off of the toys you arent supposed to be on. The grown-ups ruin the place...Not the kids. Dont lounge on the sofas like your at home. They need to put up a gate or something so the small kids cant just run out of the play area. It becomes difficult when trying to chase more than one child.

It is fabulous the kids absolutely love all the different activities. And they have comfortable seating for the parents. It is very affordable for a day out. They offer a party package also that is very affordablealso. Arcade cards are easy for kids to use. Tiger lily cafe is delicious and affordable!!! Great place will frequent often.

Rude to parents, age range too high, dont supervise kids well. Always have to wait to order even if its just ice cream. Games are a joke. Today is first time weve come in summer, have to wear socks (and my feet are swelling today) to be able to sit close enough to watch my children. Could be a fun place but its poorly manages.

Came here on the weekend bad decision. It was like invasion of the Walmart shoppers. I seen things that make the devil blush. It was 5:00 pm and I saw more sweats and pajama pants than I would like to. I was embarrassed for these grown people.

Only $8 for kids to play! No admission fee for adults. Little cafe has reasonably priced, kid friendly foods. Play place is clean, and there are activities for a wide age range of kids. Arcade area is cool too!

Absolutely love it. Both of my kids, ages three and nine months, have a blast. We were just there yesterday and played for four hours! Awesome time.

I have little ones and this place is perfect for them
