game The 5th time Ive tried to tolerate Buffalo Wild Wings after terrible service cold food skinless wings with no sauce and straight up not receiving the correct order three different times I will never go again. I always give a restaurant at least 3 to 4 experiences before I truly judget and this restaurant is poorly managed high turnover rate for waitresses and the managers do not know how to run it properly and efficiently. each time they will offer the $10 complimentary gift certificate but it does not make up for the fact that I waited 45 minutes for a take out order I called in two hours prior. honestly if your going to waste your money here you might as well eat before you go because you will not be fed, if you do it will be garbage as it has been every single time. try bridges in Griffith for quality experience and a place in which you will actually eat while youre there not wait for cold food, or the wrong food altogether. I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. Their manager Nick was frazzled and could not handle high stress nights. Each time he would mother an apology and pull out to go to $10 complimentary certificate, which is there out whenever they do wrong by customer.

A few years back this place use to be 5 stars. Over time its gotten pretty "mediocre". The wait time for your food is close to 25-30 mins. By the time you receive your food its lukewarm sometimes cold. I dont know about youll, but I like my food "steaming hot"... not enough sauce on your wings either. The cooks they have working for them need to step there game up. They need to work out a system so that when the food is done you can get it piping hot!!! Other than that the staff is pretty "decent". Somewhat professional. I should be greeted when I walk through the door. I just want my food steaming hot & on time! And put some more sauce on the wings!!! LOL

Too bad there isnt something worse than one star... Terrible waitress. Terrible food. Asked to speak to a manager they told me that he wasnt there. Then we kicked up a big fuss and he MAGICALLY appeared... The waitress lied about what exactly was .70 cents and it turns out it was .70 FOR ONE WING not a basket like she said. So therefore we paid over $100. And dont get me started on the gratuity they added that was undeserved might I add. NEVER coming back to ANY Buffalo Wild Wings. The food isnt even good

Normally I expect slow service when I go to BW3s, but this time the wait staff was prompt, the food came out quickly and hot! My husband and I were impressed with the quality of food and the service. The T.V.s were somewhat loud with the football game on. Update: Since my original review, weve gone back several times and had lousy service. Food is standard BW3s food (crappy to good). Its worth the drive to go the BW3s over near River Oaks Mall for better service.

Im not a big fan of this location went there last month with my guy was told it was going to be a 10min wait and the place was half way empty so we left. Went back a few weeks later ordered my food online. Chicken was dry with no sauce on it really customer service sucked they had me walk to the bar to pay for my food. Then go back up frint to wait on my food. Dont waste your time period.

Meh. I ordered a Boston Lager burger. Last time it was good. This time (yesterday) The bun was stale and the hamburger seemed smaller. Cost cutting? I think I will only stick with beer and maybe boneless wings. Tabs here are pretty expensive for what you get. IMHO. I will come here..but rarely. Also I wont eat here. Its too pricy. Tabs are expensive for two beers and a meal. Not worth it.

Manger tonight needs to be trained a little more. Our server was nice but he was very busy. I would think the manger would help instead of walking around looking at tables. We waiting almost 10mins for drinks and to find out who our server was. Big Thanks to the guy who seated us, because he was our go to guy for anything we needed.

We had a party of 8 and we understand that for bigger tables it takes longer but I ask the hostess to split us in two tables that where empty he said that was not possible and made us wait for an hour more. The manager did try to make up to us by giving us free appetizers. That one employee made our night a nightmare!

Some of the waitress are very nice, some are arrogant and rude ...They look at you like u speak Spanish and hve no patience ...The food is good and the drinks are awesome if u gt the right bartender!!! I always go regardless of the rude waitress bc I like the atmosphere! I jus stay away from them!

Food is standard bdubs which is OK. Terrible wings but great sauce. The service is as bad as it gets. Hopefully you wont have to experience the staff fighting like we did, not physical but venal screaming from kitchen. Took 30 min to be seated when place was about 30% full. I avoid this place.

Standard BW3 except for the service at this one is much faster and better timed than any other Buffalo Wild wings that i have been to. Lots of beer on tap and enough TVs that you never have to make eye contact with your fellow diners.

If I wanted dry chicken nuggets, Id have gone to McDonalds. When I order boneless wings, I expect there to be some sauce on them. I guess this is my fault for not ordering them wet. Food was at least hot, and staff was friendly.

The best selection of wings from no heat to blistering, dry or wet. Decent range of drinks, some seasonal beers. Family friendly lunch and dinner, or for adults later in the evening. Plenty of parking here..

Been coming here for 5 years. Even though the staff has changed, it still has a "Cheers" feel to it. I always sit in the bar section and TJ, Courtney, Nyeisha and the rest of the crew take great care.

The customer service is well but the tabel they sit you down in are sometimes dirty and super sticky. The wings with sauce seem more like a dry rub. They have no type of sauce on them whats so ever.

The wings are delicious and made to order every time. The drinks are great if youre friendly with the bartender. And of you have little ones. They offer tablets upon request to keep them busy.

There are 4 BWW in reasonable distance from me but this location is my fave. I usually sit in the bar area and the service is great. I have an unusual order and it always come out right.

My sister and I were waiting for 20 minutes and then someone came and gave us drinks. Then the server was rude. And we were sitting for an hour plus on food. The worst ever.
