Ive been to that deli twice to send packages overseas and the first time I was in and out, the service was quick and easy and the man that was servicing me was polite therefore, I came back the second time. Unfortunately, the next time i arrived there was a mean and rude lady working..honestly I dont even know what shes doing in customer service because she seems to hate people. Not only did it take her forever to take care of me, she was extremely rude to her customers for no apparent reason..waving hands, screaming, making faces, not explaining anything about the shipment or where the paper was at to fill out. I brought in 2 packages not knowing how their prices were, I was told they charge per pound not 10 lbs minimum and then per pound. ..I asked her questions about prices..I got no response what so ever..instead she was yelling at me in Lithuanian knowING very well I didnt speak it. I got charged a ridiculous amount of money all because I had 2 packages and each package was under 3 pounds...how hard was it to explain to a customer that...especially when I did ask? Not returning again ..Im taking my service elsewhere not to deal with that wacko again.
