This place deserves 0 STARS!!!! This place used to be a great place to go with delicious desserts!! Now its just terrible!! I ordered a brownie sundae and the brownie was hard as if it was burned all the way through!! I recieved a rock hard brownie with ice cream on top and thats it very dissapointed!! Really did used to love coming here now I know to stay away from this Oberweis.

The ice cream is over priced,over rated,the staff will try to give you a lesser amount than what you paid for.I suggest you go to another ice cream parlor of your choosing.I prefer Rainbow Ice Cream, theyre ice cream is just as pricey but it tastes better,they serve you a fair amount for the price theyre charging and the service is fast and convenient.

Everything at Oberweis is good. The vanilla ice cream is to do for, and their shakes are so filling, you feel like its a gallon of ice cream. In the winter, they have incredible coffee drinks made with ice cream. The milk is exceptional as well, although you have to drink it cold. For some reason, the glass bottles keep it at room temperature,

I have been to this location twice this summer, and both times the ice cream was half melted when I received it. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was very busy, but the second time there was no excuse at all. They must not have the freezer cold enough.

Let me tell you what happened! I went in to buy my family 4 ice creams, that wasnt the problem! Everything was great BUT when I went in to fill out an application, the guy gave me an application I filled it out gave it to him. GUESS WHAT HE TOLD ME

Walked in and only one person was working in the front while everyone else is in the back taking selfies. Almost walked out due to just standing at the counter waiting for the staff to finish their selfies to take my order.

This place had good order takers. Very friendly. However I am concerned about the sanitation of the establishment. The management nor workers had on hair nets or gloves . This is very alarming . Top that off. Order was wrong

Below average compared to other Oberweis locations Ive been to - the shelves were not stocked and not organized very well. The ice cream is terrific though and the ice cream pies are a hit at family events.

Everything here is great for every type of person. Kids and adults. Some of the best ice cream and it has chess tables so while you wait or wether you dine in, you can play a quick games against someone.
