Do not waste your time here! I have been in the states for over 19 years and this is not the first time I go to a Mediterranean restaurant and this by far is one of the worst experiences I have had. So I come here with family and friends 7PM Friday night... I drop off my at Porsche at the Valet because it was free that night and give the keys to the valet driver.. who I assumed knew how to drive stick-shift until he stalls my car, not once but TWICE! Then when he finally figures out how to control it (after wearing out the clutch) he floors it like hes the resurrection of Paul Walker! Still, I choose to remain optimistic about the rest of the night. Upon walking in the main entrance, I noticed it was clearly not busy; in fact we only saw 1/4th of the place filled and at least 100 seats open. When the host asked us if we had reservations (which we didnt) he waved his arm across the dining room and said, "Clearly you can see we are all booked for tonight!" Really?? Part of me just wanted to refer him to the nearest eye doctor in Chicago.. but I stayed professional and asked for a table for 11. The hostess then told me we could not have a table unless we all a "set menu" for $49 each rather than a typical $20-25 meal. He said it was a special event with music. And that by buying this ridiculous amount of food for $49 I was earning a right to eat & sit like human beings. AND listen to music... Naturally I found this very odd. Very sketchy. After asking his coworkers the host then gave me the news that I could order from their normal menu with normal prices IF 5 of us ordered hookahs...He also went on to inform us that we could not dance to the music because we were not buying the "set menu"! That was fine considering we were just interested in eating. Because isnt that usually what people do at restaurants. But apparently Rozana is a wanna be exclusive nightclub... Keep in mind this place is 75% empty. Nobody was on the "dance-floor". And the "special entertainment / music" was really only some guy with on his laptop playing techno on his itunes... Finally we get our food, but the waiter forgets to bring utensils (a big no-no in restaurant service) it took us 15 minutes to get his attention and bring us our utensils, all while our food was getting cold... The food was over seasoned and straight up inedible. Nearly threw up because of how bad it was. These people better hope and prey Gordon Ramsey doesnt walk into this restaurant and try their food.. And the Hookah was was not packed right and there was no flavor, tasted like cigarettes! It was a hassle trying to get our waitresses attention to request for more water, or any of their employees for that matter. Even though the restaurant was only 25% filled. The only time he or any of the employees seemed to notice or care about us was when we were ready to pay the bill...After I gave them my card to pay they left me with a receipt to sign with NO pen. All this happening while the blatantly unconcerned manager is by the door chain-smoking Marlboros with his buddies... Why did I even come here? The one positive thing was my incredibly chill family and friends. Hopefully we will hang out again. And maybe even at a place with better staff and service. Like McDonalds.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. To begin, after I parked my car I was immediately harassed by some male, cross-dressing prostitute. He/She smacked my posterior and said "thatll be $20 dollars". Then when I walked in the lady at the front said it would be a 10 minute wait...THERE WERE SPOTS OPEN EVERYWHERE. They ended up making me share a table with some random group of people I had never met before, even though there were spots open everywhere, it was so awkward I actually vomited, that would not be the last time I vomited that night... Then when I was ordering I asked for a cup of milk and the waitress came back with it. After I took a sip she whispered in my ear, "I made it myself" and winked at me, I proceeded to vomit all over these random people I was forced to sit with. Still, I tried to keep an open mind. Later, while eating my food I felt something tickle my foot, I thought it was the cross-dressing prostitute from the parking lot but when I looked down I saw what appeared to be a small dog. It was dark and I couldnt really see but when I picked up the dog, it turned out to be the biggest rat I had ever seen in my life. As a biologist I was amazed at the size this species of rat had evolved to but as a normal guy, I vomited yet again. They even made me clean up my own vomit and brought some thugs in to intimidate me when I refused! The waitress came and said, "I guess some of our livestock got out again." This caused me to vomit once again, as the dish I had ordered was called "El Raton" but I didnt think it was a literal rat! The owner came out and started saying how he supports the terrorist dictator of Syria, Bashar Al Assad, who has killed over 70,000 innocent civilians in less than 2 years and has destroyed most of the country, as well as caused the displacement of millions all because his people ask for freedom. Not only that, but the restaurant brings in performers that fund terrorism by regularly giving money to the Syrian Regime, which uses that money to buy bombs and shells that kill innocent people while theyre in their homes. I had enough at that point. Do not go to this restaurant. For the sake of your sanity and the sake of humanity.

Sitting at home today bored I thought it would be best to review all the restaurants me and my wife have attend.. Rozana Restaurant was one I visited about a week ago very random driving down Lincoln I saw it such a small place I thought it would be perfect to try some Middle Eastern food since my wife is Arabian and we never get to eat the authentic Middle Eastern food due to her mother living in Dubai. Excited walking in to eat some food after a long day of shopping there was no waiter to seat us we took a seat after standing for couple of minutes.. A old lady came to us who did not speak English well but my wife knows Arabic so we choose a kabob plate since there wasnt much options on the menu and I asked for a hookah they brought the hookah right away it was okay but the flavor burned right away I felt like it wasnt such good flavor but what really ticked me off was the food came within 10 minutes and I knew it was not fresh with the first bite the meat tasted old, the rice was cold, and the salad had no dressing.. We tried explaining this to the waiter but she couldnt understand at all she told us she was the owner when we asked for a manager since my wife isnt so fluent in Arabic the price was ridiculous for two with the hookah and just water and 2 kabob plate it came up to $65.00 and tip was already included in the check not to mention the bathrooms werent clean, no paper towels, soap, or toilet paper. The place overall is small you dont get any service nor authentic Middle Eastern food. I honestly prefer Mcdonalds instead of this place ( I dont even eat Mcdonalds) I hope they can get new chefs, waiters and overall stock up on materials for the Restaurant..
