First, I have to say I love the food here. I loved the location in my hometown because I ate there once a month and our server was so kind and remembered us. But I experienced awful service at this location. I have been here a few times now and everything has always gone smoothly. However, tonight was different. We (just two) were seated and promptly greeted by our waiter Chris. Beverages (just water and soda) took a little while but our waiter only had 4 small tables at the most. After placing our food order, 20 minutes passed by until we were informed our meal would be "just a few more minutes." Thirty (yes, 30) more minutes passed and I was certain that he forgot to put our order in. He came back to the table and I kindly reminded him it had been an hour since we were seated. Usually I can walk in and out in this amount of time. Magically, out came our food, piping hot and tasting fine. As it was getting quite late (I have work in the morning), I asked for a box. This trip took our waiter another 15-20 minutes but it was due to the fact he was chatting away with another server (and he forgot to bring the box when he brought us someone elses check instead of ours). Heres my point: I can understand a few slip ups. I can understand forgetting to put an order in for a minute. But this waiter was incompetent and seemingly distracted. I have worked in the service industry for 8 years and have never encountered worse. I recently moved to the area and unfortunately this is the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to me. As delicious as the wings are, I am sad to say I will not be coming back.

i must a say it was one the worst restaurant i haven been .. all other location are excellent but except for this was one, ill explain, as my wife and i arrived, the waitress was very rude she dint know where to seat us even tho it was half empty,she asked her manager he really didnt care, he was just ignoring us, she placed us on table where there was food and crums all over the floor it was noticeable it was grows, as my wife sayd maybe there where busy,, no way there bussy there all talking and goofing around, 20m mm pased by nobbdy took our order nothing not even cup of water, we asked a man server passing by if could help us he walkd passed by and totally ignored us the only thing he sayd was ok another 5*8 mins waiting. it was incredible bad customer service there whre just talking , bottom line our food was late and cold we waited so long , we asked for extra souce and a beer and never came back he came but just to drop off the check.. soo unprofessional bad customer service i will never go back to that restaurant again.. as i was leavng the table infront of us was mad too bcs nbdy took their order and there food was delayd.. i will give 0 start this place

I have to say as a regular visiter, family of 5. We were disappointed to find out that they were out of all noodle products. 3 kids no mac n cheese and no buffalo chicken and mac n cheese. It started with the food. We were served drinks no straws. Served apps no plates and no napkins other than silverware, apps come out only to be missing our wings that come with the house sampler. Maybe dinner will be better but I can tell you this. We could of delt with everything so far but I will not ever return because of the rude manager that came over told us their out and we have to switch our order nothing he can do about it. Catering orders took priority. I can guarantee I spend more here at bww every month than that one catering order. I am updating from a 2 star to a 4 star because the manager checked up on us frequently and apologized for everything. I felt it was sincere. Thank you for what did arrive it was good as always.

I have never received such terrible service from a buffalo wild wings! We ordered food for pick up, and not only did they forget one of our meals, but they also completely messed up one of our other orders. When going back to get the missing meal they stated they would not correct the other meal unless we went back to our house and brought it into the store. Theire were several other families waiting to correct their orders as well and the store was packed with unhappy customers. In the end, I had to purchase another sandwich because they would not correct their mistake. To make matters worse, they messed up the new order as well! I am extremely dissapointed in the quality of service at this establishment. I will not be returning and recommend others get their food elsewhere as well.

I have come to this place for years. Today will be my last time. We were seated and watched other parties get seated, had their drinks and we still didn’t place our order. When we finally placed an order after 40 min of being seated, the food came in after another 30-40 minutes. EVERYTHING was cold!! Wings and fries. We weren’t given silverware at all. We requested silverware 2 times then we got the silver ware. The extra long wait time for taking orders, serving, providing silverware killed our appetite. Never coming again..not to mention the manger wasn’t polite. When we brought up cold food, the manger said “well it seems like you guys ate the fried”. Here I am thinking no sh** we were hungry and had to eat something. This is the last time I’m coming to bdubs At Bloomingdale.

This place had awful service! I called an hr before I picked up my food. My order was completely wrong and not to mention I had three different hot flavored wings and they put it all in one big box. The emoloyee insured me that I would only said seven minutes after 15 minutes of waiting, I had to seek out the manager! The manager yelled in the kitchen asking where was my order, there was no quick response. He continued to demand where was my order and I was sure then that they werent even in progress of revising my order. I waited for ANOTHER five minutes and my order then came out of course not one dipping sauce in the bag, so the employee had to run back into the kitchen for the blue cheese and ranch. The manager did however give me three coupons without apology.

We were seated quickly even though they were fairly busy. On a Saturday night. The food here is always good and it came fairly quickly after we placed our orders for drinks and food. Its the most annoying thing for me to sit around waiting and wondering whats going on and where food is and that is definitely something that I NEVER experienced at this restaurant. Great job! The waitress made one mistake with our order which I believe is because they have a new menu. I think she accidentally placed the wrong order. But she fixed it; she apologized; she left the mistake on our table and didnt charge us for it. And the correct order arrived quickly. Especially with young children at the table this is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Service was pretty terrible. The waiter approached and addressed me as a lady. Rather than just apologizing he kept talking and making the situation worse. He then passed the table to another waitress who then only brought half of my order. The manager then swung by to check-in and discuss how terrible the new menus they have are. (Not my phrasing). When asked about checking in on the rest of my order the manager and staff seemed less than empathetic about the mishap. Ill be sticking to the South Barrington location from now on. (This isnt the first poor experience that my family or I have had at this location.)
