The service is terrible at this location. I have been there 4 times and when customers walk in the staff is texting on their cellphones and they just look at you and don’t even speak. I’ve even been ignored by the manager because she was too busy entertaining her cellphone as well and then she tried to pretend that she didn’t hear or see me. Then when a customer asks to speak to someone over them the staff says rudely “we’re franchised and we cannot give out the owner’s number”. So therefore customers have to either deal with bad service or just go to another location. The owner should allow a way for customers to give him/her feedback about their establishment but whatever. I will never return back there until they get some employees that have good customer service and better attitudes. Also, these other reviews on this page were probably posted by the owner or employees to make this establishment seem great when it’s really not.

Nothing special but nothing terrible. It tends to smell like a bucket of grease on every trip here. There are young girls that work the register who talk and socialize as if they arent there to work, but they get the job done. I dont like that the beverage machine is behind the counter, I prefer to mix my own drink without ice. I also dont like that the seasoning salt is added by them because they barely sprinkle any on the fries and end up getting it over the rest of my meal instead. The philly is okay, again, nothing special at all, but they do give a good amount of fries with their meals.

they can never make food on the time they say to pick up. and their help is awful and rude!!! never going there again. bad thing was is their food is pretty good. but their owners and help do not care about their customers. also went to their eagles landing location. showed up at 5 minutes to 9 pm on a Friday for a pickup order. went in my order wasnt only not completed the dang owner told me he wasnt cooking anymore food. VERY UPSET!!!

Ive never experienced anything bad here. I always have a great experience. I love the lemon pepper juice xtra wet light crispy. The sweet tea is amazing. Customer service is ok.. Im not expecting a1 service its dine in. But its wings ,subs,salads. Overall good tho.
