This was my first and last visit to this J.R. Crickets. When I called to place 5 orders me and some of my coworker, I was told the orders would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived in 25 minutes, I ended up waiting 40 additional minutes for our orders (it seemed like they did not start our orders until I arrived). My coworkers and I had limited time and opportunity to ear our lunch because of how late I returned with our food. In addition to arriving very late with our food, the orders were incorrect and the food was horrible. My salad had raw onions instead of grilled onions as requested; Idid NOT want mushrooms on my salad but there were mushrooms. While at the restaurant/bar, I initially only had 2 beignets with my order, but the menu said 4 beignets come with an order; the server told me the cook forgot to cut the two beignets into 4 pieces, so it is the same as 4 beignets, but they were too small to to be cut into 4 pieces. When I asked the supervisor/manager who was working about the beignets, he said the menu was incorrect; he decided to make 2 additional beignets to honor what the menu showed. We ordered two funnel cakes and when they came out with the orders, they were very loose stringy pieces of fried dough; I complained, so they made them over. Another coworker requested NO ONIONS on his salad, but there were onions on his salad anyway; Another coworker have 4 or 5 pieces of small shrimp and one small piece of tilapia for $10.99+tax. The supervisor/manager offered me ONE pink lemonade or punch for all of my inconvenience which was a complete insult, so I left the drink on the counter and departed. This restaurant does not realize how much business they will never see from me and my coworkers. Extremely disappointed...

If I could give them less than one star than I would. I would not recommend for anyone to visit this location. Why? I will be more than happy to explain to you. Well I just order my food using uber eats. Trying something new, WRONG MOVE!!!!!! My meal came up to about $40, wings and ribs and wings and fingers. One meal was cold, not only was it cold but my chicken fingers taste like fish, let me mention that my husband is allergic to fish.. with my wings and ribs, the ribs were a waste of money and my wings were burnt to the bone. When contacting the store, I tried to be as nice as possible because I work customer, so I know how it is dealing with disgruntled customer. The "manager" as she say let me know plenty of times that there was nothing that she could do about this, because Ive tasted the food.... now how else was I suppose to know that sometji g was wrong unless I tasted it.... she stated that they would take something off my next order, now who in their right mind would come back again.... at the end of the day, nothing was resolved. I will surely say that with in the next few days I will be contacting the health inspector along with the news, something needs to be done about this place and it starts with me..... but all of this could have been avoid had I been given a little more help than I was.... all they really had to do was remake our meals, bit I guess that would be too much like right.

Called 4 times Sunday night no answer figured they was busy so I go to the store to order there was two tables taken up so not busy packed or crazy wing place on a game night like what I expected. Asked for a Togo order with blue cheese. Got charged for ranch and blue cheese when I brought it to their attention they said they would fix it on my card I asked for extra celery instead the server went to the kitchen came back said I let them know sorry. No problem.till I got my food everything was tossed on itself celery fries and wings in a side item box they told me they where out of big boxes but why in a dollar store office trash bag as a Togo bag but when u give me my food like this it better be good. But fries burnt. No salt. Wings dry and over cooked and the blue cheese was just cream with no taste no real cheese in it. Worst!!!! Of that wasnt enough I work near there so my friend went in after me I got burnt steak fries he got burnt crinkled fries. The staff and cooks are clueless bad place bad food. Wont go back I will tell everyone to get wing somewhere else hope it closes soon and a better place comes in

Darn! Wish I wouldve came here 1st and read the reviews. I didnt because I trusted the name of the company. I love Jr Crickets so was excited when I seen it on Uber eats. I asked for napkins, ranch and 1 extra cocktail sauce for my shrimp.. All I received was the food and the box the food came in..O yea and the bag smh..fries were cold and seem to be Kroger frozen fries.. The wings were small and extra dry(Not one lick of sauce had to add lots of hot sauce I had at home)! The flavor taste nothing like Jr Crickets sauce! It tasted like they stretched their sauce 90% water and 10% sauce! The fried shrimp werent the shrimp I get at the other restaurants Ive visited and were extremely salty. Everything was bad! I spent $32.35!!! Im really upset and will be contacting cooperate. I hope everybody complaining on here contacted cooperate as well. These restaurants in black neighborhoods get away with stuff like this because we dont complain to the right people. Moral of the story DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Might I add there was no celery.

Will never go to the Panola Rd location again. I am a lover of JR Crickets wing but this was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all, a customer was upset about her order when I arrived (which should of been a clue for me to leave) and then they got my order wrong (should I have expected a difference experience). I ordered wings with extra sauce, no fries and celery. I received wings with no sauce (which I paid for extra sauce), and no celery. The waitress took my food then handed me celery wrapped in foil then drizzled a very little amount of sauce on my wings. I did not get the flavor of wings Id ordered nor the extra sauce that I paid for. This experience was by far the worst dining or restaurant experience that I have ever had, and I did not get mad or rude with the staff. Lesson learned. I will never be back to this place again. You cannot get what you order, so please by no means pay for anything extra.

I was totally displeased with the product, nice people, but horrible product. I ordered a house merlot, when the server brought it out..it was beyond room temperature. It was like they poured it straight out of a box with a heater attached to it. There was no chill, I had to ask for ice cubes smh..luckily I had my sprite to mix it so it wont taste so bad. But still, if youre gonna serve wine, whether it be white or red, it HAS to be chilled. Not coming here again, sticking with the camp Creek location.
