Told me that my "buy ANY (any was emphasised on the coupon) sub get one of equal or lesser value free only applied to 6 inch subs. Their service in this area has always been spotty, and I carefully read the coupon. If its my fault, Hiwot the employee failed to explain it, so be wary of this location (4051 highway 78), as well as the one on five forks and the one on killian hill as they are all owned by the same person. (Have also witnessed a conversation between two employees about past drug deals in the restroom, none of my business though *sips tea*). *edit* I have moved my review back down to one star. The are now claiming they dont participate in the push message coupons that subway offers so...Yeah screw them.

DONT COME TO THIS ONE. Seriously, I live right next to it, use to come all the time but they ALWAYS RUN OUT OF SOMETHING. And not even, its baking right now but "we just dont have it" every single time. Personally its included lack of bread, meats, and today down to one choice of cheese. And occasionally they AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOU FOR A FOOT LONG COMBO. Management needs to stop and step up.

They were absolutely rude. One woman acted like it was an inconvenience that I was even there. She was frustrated that I wanted my sub toasted and even more frustrated because I couldnt understand her question about what sub I had...She just made it!?! Thank God the food is good, but thats only because I watched her make it. Her attitude will not have customers coming back.

This place is utterly disgusting, disrespectful and prices are made up ! This location gives subway a bad name and someone needs to do something about it. I was served by "ABBECH" she was rude ass hell !! Didnt listen to what I was ordering had to repeat myself multiple times ! They can barely speak English and they honestly need to make some changes at this location

My sandwich was $5 three weeks ago...last week it was $6, today its $6.50 Nothing changed. Why is this? Is there a surcharge for the horrible service? Also know that "suggestive selling" isnt a handful of olives when I dont ask for them...thats forcibly placing items I never asked for. The SADDEST "SUBWAY" IVE BEEN TO...EVER. (PERIOD!)

We live right next to this subway, but we will intentionally drive further out just to not give them our money. One of the ladies is incredibly rude and snippy. Went in for a much promoted 6.99 steak n cheese and the portion of meat was TINY. I always get a steak n cheese and I know how much meat goes on there. Never again!

They were supposed to have a promotion of ANY 12" SUB $6 until my sub rang up $8 then the argument started. Despite the 6foot sign glued to the front glass saying otherwise, an argument insued. Corrupt Persian operation. To Hell with this place.

Have a bad attitude even when they messed up order and refuse to fix it... Have trouble understanding order and there is almost always a problem. I will drive to Centerville as it will be worth the trip.

I liked my sandwich. I dont eat chips and I dont drink soda. I asked for water and the clerk stated that they didnt have any cups. I spent 15 bucks and couldnt get water with my order.

Workers are extremely rude and make their own exceptions for subway deals. The restaurant is dirty. They also dont listen on how one might want a sandwich prepaired. Horrible service.
