This Starbucks is so poorly run. Ill wait 20 minutes or more during normal business hours and never receive service as no one is at the counter. Sometimes theres a piece of paper that says "On break, be back soon." The baristas will fight with you. I clearly ordered a vente and was told I ordered a grande after she had already messed up something else on my order. When I went today they were out of the base used to make frappechinos. Really?! Very unprofessional.

When asked to make something off the secret menu a woman named Kim gave us the ugliest look said she needed the recipe off the phone and it was going to be very expensive. She was super insulting. I would suggest going to the stand alone starbucks. Less rude more professional

These guys need retrained on how to do their job. There is no need for the bad service. ITS COFFEE PEOPLE! The regular coffee was luke warm at best and the Mocha with Coconut milk was horrible, especially with the grounds added...

I love this store! My Baristas know what I want when I walk in! The only set back is they dont have warming! :( this means I have to go to the corporate sbux for breakfast after stopping here!
