Put our name on the list for an outside table for lunch... was told 30 minute wait which was no problem. It was our first (and Last) time coming here so didnt mind waiting. Told the hostess we will wait at the bar and she will call us when ready. Well, 30 minutes comes and goes but didnt think much of it yet... an hour approaches and we notice them calling others that came in way after us so we check with the hostess about how much longer. She obviously either forgot about us or something, she tries to direct us to a table inside. I nicely reminded her that we were waiting for a table out on the patio and she was very rude and said there wasnt any available. I questioned her about what she said 30 minutes to wait and its now been over an hour, not to mention there are 2 empty tables with nobody sitting at them but for some reason she couldnt seat us at them? The manager came and asked what the problem was so we tell him about the mix up and the long wait... He resumes to say, "What would you like ME to do about it... would you like ME to tell everyone to get up and move so YOU can have a table?" WOW.... not the customer service I would EVER expect from ANY manager ANYEHERE. This place has a cool vibe but the staff was not friendly, the bartender was not attentive and the manager was the most unprofessional person! I dont normally leave reviews but this was uncalled for. All we wanted was to try somewhere new for lunch and from the outside this looked like a cool new place to try..... will NEVER go back!

I cant believe it took me so long to get to Ate Track, as its yet another great choice for food in downtown Cartersville! The decorating style is great and gives you a big selection of different things to discover and admire as you enjoy your dinner. The food itself is great! Ive only had a couple of different things so far, but it has always been delicious, and everyone that I have dined with enjoyed their food as well. You also get a great portion for the price. You wont go hungry! I only have two small complaints that made me knock it down to 4-stars. It can be a bit cramped at times making it hard to even walk outside or get to the bathroom. I know its not necessarily their fault that the building is the size that it is, but they could still avoid choke points. The only other downside is that menus are not well-designed at all. It is extremely difficult to read black text on red paper in a dark room. New menus would go a long way! That said, those are two small dings on an otherwise great dining experience! Dont miss it!

My wife and I dropped in here when we realized that their sister restaurant, Appalachian Grill, was way too "high end" for our tastes. Ate Track fit the bill perfectly. The entire place is shrouded in old album covers and memorabilia from the 60s through the 80s. They play lots of great classic rock (albeit a bit loudly to my ears) to help set the mood. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The place is fairly small, but its more of a "cozy" feel. The food was awesome. My wife had a burger that was outstanding and I had fish & chips that were excellent as well. Its a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for. Lots of really good food and a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

We went yesterday for the first time. When we first got in there we thought it was a really cool place.But was soon disappointed with the patron shots my son and I ordered. The bartender filled the shot glasses to the top but we couldnt even taste the patron. We believe they were pretty watered down. We left and visited another place near by and ordered another patron shot and could definitely notice a big difference.

We didnt get to eat here because there was a long wait, so Im not complaining about food or service, as Ive heard its good, but they dont have high chairs, so I just wanted to state that so families dont try to go. We waited for a while after putting our name in, only to then realize they didnt have high chairs so we had to go somewhere else anyway. Not a knock on Ate Track, just a heads up!

Visited here a week ago from out of state. Food was subpar and for being a bar the staff sure doesnt know how to make drinks. Good thing you can Google how to make drinks so you are not completely incompetent but the experience was still horrid. If you are visiting this area, Id recommend going further south towards Acworth or Kennesaw for decent bars.

The manager was a complete jerk, cool place but not because of him He must have had a bad day, only asked nicely where we stood on the wait list and he gets in my face and says, "you want me to tell everyone else to leave so you can have a table" He should only hope we dont return there

The staff in this place is rude.they cant mix drinks properly,and will not wait on you even if you are in a cast and cannot move up to the bar easily.they seem to shun southern folks and mororcycle enthusiasts.the worst dining experience in cartersville and Georgia for that matter.

Jordan was a great help and gave excellent service for my lunch meal! I I ordered the spinach salad and also the honey turkey sandwich, both excellent and delicious. I will certainly be back soon for the great service and food.

The hamburgers were delicious and the service was great! The place is kinda loud with the music playing and its decorated with posters of rock bands and album covers. Definitely a place worth trying.
