I have never had such awful customer service. It started the second I walked through the doors. I walked in with a smile and greeted the host by saying, "Hey, how are you?" And she looked up at me and looked back down. Then she waited about 20 seconds before she rudely looked at me up and down and said, "Can I help you?". I said yes Im here for lunch. And she said, "Just one?" And I said, "yes maam" with a smile. She took me to a table set the menus down and just walked off. I noticed about 20 minutes after I was there a couple walked in and they were dressed nice and the same host that rudely greeted me, greeted them with respect and a huge smile. The same rude host also greeted the following tables with the same respect and smile, while giving me rude looks. Then I noticed what was different about me and them. They were dressed nicely and I was dressed simple. I wore a t shirt, black stretchy pants and my hair was in a bun. This is my attire since I am pregnant. I have never felt so judged and uncomfortable in my life. My waitress never gave me her name and was too busy stocking the bar and talking to the people at the bar, so a different waitress brought me a to go box. She noticed that I had been sitting there waiting for a while. She was the ONLY person to smile at me in that building. I was staring right at my waitress waiting on her to notice me and she never did. So I hope the VERY generous tip I left my waitress makes her feel awlful for not acknowledging me. Im young and Ive waitressed before. Waitresses are quick to judge young people as "bad tippers", but I am always good to my server. If I treated any of my customers this way, my boss would have had a heart attack!! If I ever made a customer feel uncomfortable, unwanted or judged like I was today, I honestly wouldve lost my job! I have never had a bad experience at any Longhorns, until today at lunch.

There were 5 of us last night. None of us had been to Longhorn in the past few months, and we were surprised that parking was so plentiful at 7:00 PM. Since there were plenty of empty tables, we were immediately seated at a table that appeared to be recycled from a thrift store. I recognized none of the waiting staff, but noticed they were mostly attractive young women. Our server was also young and attractive but obviously inexperienced. She knew nothing of the house wines, so I asked for a Bud in the bottle but was told they were out of Budweiser! I ordered a Miller Lite in the bottle with a chilled glass. I was served the beer without a glass. The bread came first, sans knife, sans plates. After a few minutes, one of our crew caught the servers attention and asked for bread plates. A few minutes later, she brought our salads and 5 saucers for us to distribute ourselves. Two of us ordered rare prime rib which was good. Our favorite Brit ordered a shrimp starter but found it too salty and pushed it aside (She should have sent it back). The other 2 ordered steaks which were also over-seasoned. The atmosphere previously was always pleasant, but last night it was like a Chuck e Cheese for redneck adults. It was louder than a high school lunchroom. I would love to know what happened to this once favorite restaurant.

HORRIBLE!!! NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN They did not even know how long I would have to wait before a mere party of 6 could be seated. Originally they told us 45 minutes to an hour. Then after an hour had passed, I asked again how long it would be and they told me it would be 25 more minutes. Again thirty minutes had passed, I asked yet again how long it would be before we were seated and this time the hostess said she did not even know! So, after this nonsense I , gave the hostess the buzzer back and my family and I left. The hostess did not apologize for the wait or even attempt to. Also, there was a manager standing right next to the podium and she didnt ask us what was wrong either. They wasted and hour and a half of my time and I am never eating there again.

We have always voted Long Horns to have the best steak ever !! Great service and clean restaurant . How ever , our visit to the Carrollton Georgia Long Horns Friday night was just the opisit . The sweet tea, stuffed mushrooms and salad was awesome ! Our steaks was not so awesome. Very thin, no taste, and a bit tough. We was not please at all. This was a disappointment for the both of us. No , time to complain.... Simply because our waiter was no where to be found... We had to ask other waiters for sauces and refills for sweet tea.... :( A 45 min wait to taste the best steak ever. Was such a disapointment.

I am in the US Navy stationed in Japan and the manager there was very helpful in helping me setup arrangements for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. Without his assistance and understanding I would not have been able to pull it off. Thank you very much Lenny! You have made my day and my parents as well. Although I cannot comment on the food or the waited service, I am sure that with someone like Lenny running the show there, it is probably top notch! To the people with the margarita problem; maybe if you would have asked for the manager they might have helped you as well.

I personally like longhorns as a chain. This location is always at 75% capacity or more. Its hard to keep a place clean around the clock when you get busy during your lunch and dinner hours. One thing this location needs to work on is keeping the floors and tables clean, i.e. the floor coming out of the kitchen and the bar table top. The kitchen normally does a good job on getting food out on time and cooked to order. Still could use work on the high volume times, as any restaurant could.

Generally the steaks here are off the chain. But last night was an exception. We both ordered the renegade sirloin. One was ordered well done and the other medium. The medium was cooked between medium well and well done. Both steaks was tough and very dry. Even though the food was not up to par last night, the service we received from DJ ( I think that was his name) was excellent. Best waiter we have had in a long time.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I Love Steaks and the Outlaw Ribeye is the best I love it and they cook my well done, well done no complaints. They get it right the very 1st. Time. Our servers are always wonderful. I Love LongHorn. If you are looking for a Great restaurant you will not go wrong with LongHorn Steakhouse.

Again longhorn has decided to take another favorite off the menu first was tbe vegetable medley a few years ago now the bacon cheddar melt with kobe meat add to the inconsistent quality lately. Used to come once a week, the, once a month now I think I will visit 1-2 times a year. Getting to expensive for the quality.
