We came to get drinks for our family tonight. As soon as we pulled in we got a nasty look from one of the male carhops. When we went to place our order they took forever to answer, when she finally took our order, (we ordered 5 drinks) she had no problem. They got it out relatively fast and we asked for a drink carrier, we soon realized that our blast that we ordered was wrong. When we tried to get the carhops (Paighton) attention she stopped like she heard us, then kept walking. We got her to come back she was very rude because we asked her to fix it. When she came back out she brought the carhop who had given us a nasty look before, who continued to give us death stares. After our blast got fixed the order was perfect. All in all, the workers we experienced were excessively rude and were not happy with the fact that we wanted what we order correct. The acted like quality customer service was an inconvenience to them. Will not be returning anytime soon.

the parking lot had trash flying around,the service was very very slow,with the customer service being unprofessional and unfriendly,just that alone would made anybodys experience a little bit better had it been superb professional friendly service...i will stick to the sonic on ringgold rd and east brainerd rd,a whole lot friendlier,eye contact,they apologize for the slow service if someone in front ordered more than what they were prepared to cook for at that time and they are always smiling......any shift!!!...this complaint is for the brainerd rd location only...from my own personal experience.

Blah! Terrible place to eat at or even buy a drink from. I bought a chery limaide from there and it tasted like a club soda. I have eaten there twice and both times they have messed my order up and the food was not very good. I love Sonic...just not this one. Trust me when I say, keep driving to the next town.

The sandwich was huge, too much for one person. It was dilicious. As were the rings. Then to add insult to injury, I indulged in an orange ice cream slushie which was yummy and so refreshing. .

Servers are in need of training the time before last they held a milkshake by the lid and the lid came off and we had milkshake all in our van including the electrical in the door.
