I attempted to make my own creation, which I have always done, up to this point, without a problem. I asked for strawberry, cheesecake, and french vanilla mixed. I was promptly told by the Sales Associate that they were only allowed to mix a maximum amount of two flavors. I explained to him that Ive always ordered in the same manner, without any issues and he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. So I asked him to go ahead and charge me for the additional scoop, if he must, but I came here for that particular mix. He told me that they have received complaints in the past from customers about mixing 3 flavors and were no longer allowed to do so. I literally just ordered the same thing from a different location last week so I asked him to call corporate, to confirm. He proceeded to the back to call someone, spoke to them, in a hushed voice for about 5 mins, then walks towards me while saying, "so the answer is no, right?" Loud enough so that I can hear that portion of the conversation. I still wasnt convinced, so I asked who he talked to and he claimed it was his store manager. I then attempted to call corporate myself, but was unable to get through to a person. I decided to come up with a solution of my own and went ahead and told him to mix the strawberry and cheesecake in the quart for me and I would by a "like it" size for the french vanilla. I asked him if mixing all these together would be a problem, since I was paying for it and he initially said it would be fine. Once he started mixing the first 2 flavors, I asked him to go ahead and mix in the last flavor from the "like it" I just purchased and he once again, froze up and informed me that he was, under no circumstances, allowed to do so.I managed to convince him to do it anyway and told him I only wanted the graham cracker crust as a mix-in. He scooped a tiny scoop of add in and proceeded to mixing over a quart if ice cream, I told him that wouldnt be enough and he needed to add more, he proceeded to adding very little again. I told him I needed more, until I could actually see a little of the mix in. He then proceeded to check me out and asked for $28. I asked him to see what I was being charged for and counted 11 mix-ins! I asked him directly how many mix-ins I used and he said 11, so I asked him about the free mix-ins and he stammered saying that I initially had 15 mix-ins, but he gave me 4 for free. This was definitely not true and he was very rude and condescending. I asked to speak to his manager, which he went in the back room again to call and talked to for a few minutes, then finally came back out to give me the phone. The lady sounded like she was working the cash register at another store and could barely understand what I was saying, so she started regurgitating whatever he mustve told her to me. She then asked for my name and number to see if theres something she could do for me later. This was confusing. I told her, as the manager, she is accountable for a suitable resolve. She then agreed to ring me up for 8 mix-ins bringing my total to a whopping $25! For ice cream?!! I gave up and allowed the store associate to issue a refund on my card for the difference. The next day, I checked my bank account to find out that he went behind me, after leaving the store and charged my card for the full $28! Its not the amt thats an issue, its the principal. Isnt this considered CC fraud. Also, I have since called another store manager who confirmed that there isnt a 2 ice cream limit to how many you can mix up; hence the name Make your own creations". Very disappointed, to say the least! Also their food permit is expired. Stay away. I am reporting this to the health dept.

This establishment does NOT provide their customers with a receipt! My son and I ordered two love it sized ice creams with TWO toppings each and I added an extra piece of cake our total was $17 and some change! My son was not satisfied with his ice cream complaining it tasted freezer burnt! After he asked the young lady for a refund he was told they dont offer refunds! So he agreed to allow to try another. After receiving snappy comments and rude customer service because he wasnt satisfied... we both threw our ice creams away and walked out! This establishment will NEVER receive my business again! I think this establishment needs to be investigated!! How can you not provide your customers with a receipt?! Its almost as if they can make their own prices!!! #HorribleExperience

The staff here was very rude to us. We had PURCHASED coupons for cold stone, and the lady there said that we couldnt use more than 1 at a time, even if there were more than one of us there. There was nothing on the coupon that said that more than one coupon cant be used at a time, and wouldnt even let 2 of us use them separately. Even after I let her know that this is coupon fraud, and its illegal, she got mad us, and was very rude. Cold stones ice cream is great, but this one at Windward Parkway has some rude staff.

We ordered our grandson a birthday cake. I just picked it up and the "happy birthday" writing looks less than professional. Had to wait, he goes to the back to get the cake and comes back without it "ahh" he says and goes back again for it, Needless to say I was not happy because I was in a hurry to begin with which is why I placed the order 4 days ago.

Im guessing it was short staff is to why the young lady had a slick irritated attitude because it started to get crowded but that was not my fault! Plus the presentation was awful crap was melting and falling out the bowl while she was making it AND she did not put all of it in my bowl when it clearly had room in for it to fit.

It was 9:10 on a Friday night, when the sign on the door said "close at 11pm" and we were not served. The girl inside had obviously made plans with some friends, who were inside waiting while she was closin up and told us they were close dispite the sign.

We pulled up to the store 40 minutes before it was supposed to close only to see the workers cleaning up and the doors locked. They turned away at least 4 others who knocked on the door. Diaper that they turned away customers before posted closing time

They must have resolved their staff issue. Went at 8pm on Saturday and there were a couple people ahead of us. Our daughter was very indecisive when it was our turn but they were patient and helpful even making jokes with us. Would definitely go back.

It may be understaffed at times but it has always produced nice ice creams for me. I may not have liked few flavored ice creams but no complaints on service.
