Hands down the best restaurant in Safety Harbor! My go-to spot for taking my wife out for special occasions. The "Harolds Shroom appetizer is the most savory mushroom cap youll ever have, the Mahi is always perfect, for lunch the Bison Burger blows away any other burger in town. The atmosphere is relaxing with light acoustic guitar in the background, the servers are among the most pleasant Ive ever experienced and this is the only restaurant that Ive nothing but positive things to say about. I highly recommend having your next overdue date night here!

We went here to try something different. Safety Harbor is so cute, and theres frequently something going on downtown. Green Springs Bistro is in an adorable little house off the main street of downtown. It was warm and inviting, and they even had a fire going (it was a cold night)! The food was really great! We got an appetizer and entrees and beer and were out for about $50. The chef even sent out a little espresso cup full of soup for us to try! We were stuffed and fully satisfied after leaving. :)

My sausage shrimp n grits was a disappointment as the sausage was over cooked shrimp were tough n grits were "gritty." Others in our party were pleased with their selection, but if I were the head chef I would have never put out the dish I was served. My only disappointment is I didnt send it back.

Over priced they served my friend and I raw undercooked duck that was already too small of a portion for the price, they gave free dessert as a guest serving for the inconvenience but the fact the main course was so expensive and just not good ruined my friend and mys experience of this place

Had a work lunch here and the food is fantastic! Had the fish spread, the artichoke spread and the cheese as appatizers and the gumbo as my entre. All were amazingly tasty and came out at the perfect time. The beer selection is well rounded and has great options for the brew fan.

If you love fresh quality food, live music and friendly people then youll love it here! Ive had almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. I eat their moist chocolate cake on a regular basis!! You will not regret it.

I have eaten at Green Springs numerous times and the food is always great. Paul is an awesome chef and the Florida-eclectic decor is lots of fun. Be sure to try the Shrimp & Grits or Gumbo, they are both delicious!

While the entire experience is considered "good" - I didnt think the "good" (not excellent) food, decor, and service was worthy of their (somewhat) pricey menu. Its not bad - but too expensive for whats received.

Expected more from the reviews. Wasnt bad but they nickel and dime you on everything. For example to add cheese was $2 and there wasnt an option for fries. Small portions and weird environment
