I wouldnt even give 1 star but this app is forcing me too! Terrible! Everything about it was terrible, started at the drive-thru ordering sign... Gentlemen taking the order says, "How can I help you?" then "Oh hold on..." few minutes later after listening to a full conversation because he forgot to cut the mic off, "How can I help you?" and again Im cut off! We went through this 3 times before I could place an order... Get to the window, they know how much I owe but dont know what I ordered, have to order again! Didnt get but one thing I originally ordered, they put whatever they wanted in the bag... They werent busy! But they were doing a lot of cutting up and talking. Will not be going back!!

What can I say about the "Ghost Pepper" chicken. Nothing good. It was actually no hotter than hot sauce. I have known people who have tried even a slight taste of Ghost Pepper sauce and they cried for a long time. One took a bite of this pepper and could not get over it for a very long time. My mom will not eat anything hotter than black pepper and she said this Mystery peppered chicken was not even as hot as the chili she had gotten from Wendys. What you are using is not Ghost Pepper and you should not advertise it as such.

Everything was horrible customer service was very hostile they looked at me like an idiot just because i asked for sauce with my meal and that didnt really matter because i had the wrong food but im not a picky person so i was going to eat it anyway but it was just so horrible i thought about going back there and slapping the cashier with the damn box of food. she was lucky i was having a good day before i got to Popeyes. Its a shame i wont be going back there considering its conveniently one minute down the road.

Upon ordering we were informed that there would be no ice for our drinks. Although the person taking our order did indicate the drinks would be cool coming out of the fountain. We appreciated that but, service was pretty slow and the chicken strips were terrible. My daughter described them as chewy and old and the mashed potatoes had the texture of grits. Also, bottled water was not an option. I was offered a cup of water but, again, it would not have any ice. Go to Hardees across the street instead.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. Very rude staff, they are extremely racist. They argue with their customers, will slam the window in your face if you complain about something. The managers dont care. The place is filthy. I honestly dont know how they have managed to stay open. I will never go back to this Popeyes or any other ones. I also filed a complaint with BBB and their corporate office.

Im guessing one of the employees took my card information. I came in about a week ago to spend 5 dollars. The guy asked did i have enough money to pay. Which i thought was suspicious. I paid no mind to it. I look at my card history today and someone spent 24.08. I havent been to poeyes. Now i have to cancel my card and hope they will give me my money back. And popeyes wont even answer the phone. Smh. Never going back.

Food was good but the customer service is alway terrible. MOST of the girls that work there are rude and make it very obvious that they dont want to be at their job earning their paychecks. And what really gets me is there is always a manager there that sees this interaction but never does anything about it, its as if they are scared of their own employees everyone is replaceable!

Cant believe it.. tonight I ordered my favorite red beans and rice. Went home 28 miles away to find out that my red beans and rice had so much salt on it it would my blood pressure go threw the roof! I called to talk to the manager and someone told me to call back in 10 minutes. I did and for 30 minutes now Ive been getting a busy signal.. Im calling corporate.

Went in there for a job application and alot of black people work there and I am white The on lady said oh yes we are hiring then a big black woman said no We are not and I said Am I the wrong color and walked Out I wanted to fine out if they was discriminated me At least they could of gave me an application :-(

The place was dirty. All the empty tables were dirty and trash all over the floor. I ordered mashed potatoes, no gray with my chicken and ask for butter. The dont have butter to give or buy. The customer service is the worst and the managers are too stupid to care. The health Dept should close them down.

Stopped at this location coming home from a trip with the intention of going inside to use the restroom and order meals to go. Employees rudely turned my family away from the door 20 minutes before closing time, telling us to "just use the drive through" and refusing to let us use the restroom.

Are you sure your at the right pope yes location? ?!! Seriously, I have never had fresher popes than I do at this location. The food is steaming hot. My only complaint is that you literally have to wait most times a minimum of 20 to 25 minutes. I gladly wait though cause its so freaking fresh!!

They had the inside closed down the remote order station was not working... Everybody had to wait for each car individually to go through the line and the chicken was extremely greasy and very very tiny pieces... I commented that these must have been banty chickens

Ive seen dead roaches in the dinning room and Ive seen a manager drop a piece of chicken on the floor and use the same tongs that she was serving customers with to pick it up from the floor and through it away. I love Popeyes just not this Popeyes.
