I like the store. It carries a huge variety of gluten free food (I am gluten free by need not fad). The prices vary, some things are the same as Publix and some a pretty darn high. Then again, where else are you going to find the pricey items ? I was not a fan of the Ormond store. The owner was/is only in it for the money and it showed. I vowed never to go in there again. The Port Orange store opened literally down the road so I hoped it would be different. There are some employees who are really good and will help you with anything you need. Then there are the others. The employees hovering in the corners talking about people who use coupons, telling the new guy about the problems he will encounter with "old people". There are a lot of people looking for jobs these days maybe a little more effort should be placed in finding employees who want to be there. I dont want to be too critical about them. The store is lovely and for every now and them shopping its great! You just get the vibe some employees would rather be at the beach and thats a let down.

Pre-ordered bread for a dinner party. After speaking with 3 different people, I was finally got the right person. I told them when I needed it and asked if I ordered tday would I be able to get in time for the dinner. I was assured I would. I was informed what day the order would be delivered and I would receive a call. The day before the dinner, I had not received a call so decided to call them. After much transferring and holding I was told there was a mixup. They misunderstood when I needed it and as a result, the order was not scheduled to be delivered in time. They apologized for the confusion. I said I understood and thanked them. One week later I received a call telling me my order was in and ready for pickup. A week later... I learned if the item is not in stock...do not order it.

Customer service is AWFUL. Ive been a customer since they opened and every time Ive had an issue the manager could not care less. I pre-ordered a turkey for Thanksgiving - prepaid and all - and they gave it away to someone else. When I came to pick it up, they blamed it on me! Then they offered me another turkey that was more expensive! Why do I have to pay for your screw-up? Publix and Target carry organic natural products at a fraction of the price - I would highly recommend shopping there. The manager at Loves is an ignorant, stuck-up, elitist who cares nothing for his customers and considers them beneath him. Take your business to where it will be appreciated. And save some $$

I LOVE Loves!!! This place. The prepared foods are yummy and I love being able to come and just take time buying organic goodies to cook fresh at home. The staff is super friendly always helpful and the place is super clean...just what I want to see in my grocery store. The vitamin section is fully stocked and the folks who work in this section are super knowledgeable about their products. I did once have a bit of plastic in a burrito I ordered from prepared foods, and the manager handled the situation perfectly. She apologized and made this situation right. I LOVE Loves!!!

Pretty decent prices, they have great sales. They return proceeds to the community when you bring your own bag in! Employees are friendly and helpful. Full of organic products and a gluten free section as well. There is a decent selection of supplements and helpful staff if you have health questions and concerns. They have a cute little deli with delicious real food. There is a menu on their website.

Recently spent a week down in Daytona Beach, and went here nearly everyday (we did our own cooking). Not only was it a much higher quality stocked store than Im used to, but everyone in the store was happy and very helpful. We eat completely organic and were extremely satisfied. And if you stop in at lunch time, try the Green Monkey...delicious!

They stock everything you need or want plus made room for a fantastic café (Oh its yummy :) In my opinion what makes it ahead of most others is the staff So eager to help and take time to explain that they even have evening lectures on everyday issues.
