We came in with a party of 10 and the restaurant for the most part was empty. The largest table they had only had seating for 8, so we proceeded to move a smaller table to attach to the larger table so our entire family can sit together. The manager or owner came out from the back and told us that we cant put the tables together and that we would just have to sit separately on two tables even though the entire restaurant was empty. The entire experience was bizarre and we decided to leave and went to another restaurant called 536 Tandoor Village, which was absolutely fantastic. If you want to be treated with respect, please go elsewhere.

My family and I have never been treated so disrespectfully in our entire life. The owner and waitress were both not only rude but belligerent in the way they addressed us. The Chinese dishes were terrible, chicken was over-cooked and burnt. DO NOT use groupon here, the owner and waitress both tried to scheme and lie, saying the groupon was used even though it was our first time there. We have used groupon many times at many other restaurants and this has never happend. I am confused and appalled at how the restaurant is even up and running. That was total customer abuse. NEVER COME HERE!!

I had my dinner at Zaika. Food was good. I enjoyed butter chicken and naan. I should say service was horrible. I had to ask for napkins, water etc. I was the only one in eating there and no wonder nobody is going to this restaurant. I strongly believe they should improve the customer service from 0% to at least 30-40%. With good quality of food, if they can improve the customer service, they can become a decent restaurant. Ignorance is the best insult. Having said that, one can feel he is insulted after going to this restaurant. I would still give a good grade for food quality.

Went for weekday lunch, which started late as the food was not ready. An hour later when I left, one of the dishes still was not finished cooking, which is significant because there are only about 4 or 5 items in the lunch "buffet" to begin with. The service was not that great either. The lady was on the phone most of the time with what sounded like a personal call and could care less about attending to customers. The food I did have was ok, not great. Probably will not go back.

Incredible kulfi and awesome food! I am a big fan of the owner/chef Mr. Syeds cooking ever since I visited his previous restaurant Indian American restaurant in Davie. His dishes tend to be authentic so they are on the spicier side. He takes great pride in his food and he is a very welcoming and affable person. We love everything here on the menu, including the Indian Chinese dishes!

To be fair, I havent eaten at one Indian restaurant in Florida that was actually good. Its usually stale rice with heated up leftovers. But the customer service at this place in particular is wack. The lady who works there has a horrible attitude. Also, one day I went in there and she was sick sniffling sneezing and slobbering all over her hands. Ill never eat there again.

This place is an excellent, authentic north indian/Pakistani restaurant. The food is so fresh and flavorful and the buffet is the best. Also the owners are really nice people. They donate any revenue from sales to charity.

I ordered the chicken tikka and was spectacular. It even had a smoky flavor and the onions with the bell peppers are grilled as well. The veggie samosas were the best ones I have tried so far out of other places.

Had lunch today. The buffet was so so. We ordered goat biriyani and thats the best thing we did. Awesome biriyani made fresh everyday. The best kept secret is their "naan". Super good naan.

Food was terrible. Definitely not authentic Pakistani or Indian. Kabobs were not hot when they were served. Food tasted as if it was pre made and heated for delivery. Do not recommend.
