We went in waited about 4 to 5 min and we werent even acknowledged! Need better customer service! So many business go out of business out here and you guys are not worried about stepping it up to take care or securing the money walking in the door! Sweet Jessies across the street gladly take your money in a friendly manner!

The customer service at this location needs major improvements. They are loosing business due to the disrespectful atmosphere at this location. Corporate needs to step in...today I attended and if I were an undercover boss, I would replace the manager because he was equally disrespectful!! Its starts from the head...

Have been there THREE different times so far and still havent been able to get any milkshakes or anything we wanted to order!! If ice cream is "what you do" then you should HAVE IT!!?? This Silver Star lovation has terrible service and attitude from a few of the staff...Dont waste the trip to this place!
