Could not believe the customer treatment today. Called at 5:45 to place an order for pickup and a woman answered but as soon as I started speaking she hung up. I attempted to call back this time with no answer. Tried a third time and the woman answered again. I ask if I can place an order for pickup she says "Well were about to close" then in the background a male voice says "Tell them we cannot take orders past 5:45pm". She repeated that to me. I asked her if she was serious since i have ordered at this time many times before. She replied well sometimes people dont come to get the food. She then said "Well look, i guess i can take your order now what do you want cause we are closing". I let her know that she doesnt have to worry about taking my order ever again. I could hear the guy in the back was cleaning up the prep area. It was clear these two just wanted to go home. I have eaten there for over 15 years, maybe longer than that. Ordered many times on my way home and never experienced anything like I experienced today on the phone. After recommending this place to so many in the past i will no longer be able to do so. If it was the owners acting this way. Very sad. If it was bad employees, i hope the owners address this. Would be terrible for such a long standing business to be ruined because of service like i experienced today.

Ive never in my life been to such a filthy, disgusting sub shop or any place that sells food for that matter in my entire life. Im not sure how this place passes code inspections. I will never step foot in this place again. Its a shame because ive been going here for close to 20 years. It was good back then but i believe its switched owners many times since. The only thing that keeps this place going is its loyal fan base and even that is slowly deteriorating. Place desperately needs to be renovated. Until then i wont be going back.

First time ordering from here... Off to a good start, because they are on point with the timeliness! Service is quick, prices are reasonable... These subs really are THE BEST. I was impressed, the bread is fresh and the ingredients even fresher. Tasteful, appealing, and overall I was very satisfied. Definitely coming here again on my lunch break! Wish the location was bigger, it gets packed.

I got sick there after I ordered a steak onion and cheese sub. I know the steak was old or not chilled. I had the food stuck in stomach with major pains soon after I ate lunch. Terrible experience. I have never eaten there before nor will I ever eat at this NOT best sub shop place!!!!!!!! Lousy conditions, filthy when you walk in. I should of ran out but I was hungry at the time.

i go here all the time(i work 1 minute away)awesome staff, always friendly & attentive. I love the bacon cheeseburger sub but you cant go wrong with any other sub...always add grilled mushrooms & onions

Just moved to this area and had to try it. Had the cheeseburger sub. You must get the grilled onions and bacon. Outstanding. And they dont skimp on the portions either. Ill be a frequent customer!
