Went there tonight for a good sandwich drove from Sheridan and US1, the little short lady is horrible, I had to repeat my two sandwich orders about five times, and mine was still messed up, I ordered fries I even asked if they can put cheese on my fries she said no,come time to ring me up no fries, her response was oh sorry I mustve not of heard you I said how was that when you said you dont have cheese fries and you repeat it back so two sandwiches and regular fries, I was literally starving havent ate all day and had to go to the airport so I had no time to wait so driving from Sheridan over there to get my order messed up and not even my whole order very disappointed, I see you guys dont use computers maybe you should get little slips so people can write what toppings they want before hand because clearly shes too old to remember I will not be going back there anytime soon its really sucks because the food is good

Love my experience everytime i come here.. but today they had 2 new people working forgot to put onions on one of my sandwhich had to remind them then they forgot to put Bbq sauce on the other one which i ask to cook to put which he always does a great job.. so the cashier says i didnt charge u for the bbq sauce i said what when you were ringing me up i told u exaxtly what i got and she comenced to talk back to me .. worst experience yet .. love the subs but might think about finding another place.. 7/27 6:41pm

Ive had the privilege of enjoying Jims Steaks in Philly, and Russos in Wildwood. Call me spoiled. Ive lived down here since 95 and found maybe 1 or 2 places that are good. Here I tried the steak w/mushrooms and prov. Was mediocre at best. I can agree with one thing, its a really sketchy place in a sketchy neighborhood. But so are most places in Philly (Tony Lukes, Pats, Ginos). I recommend Cheesesteak Experience in the Festival Flea Market Mall. Then maybe Direct from Philly in Lighthouse Point.

Horrible service cant take direction and gets mad when you tell them it wrong the boss does not know how to run a shop he is never there to complain to unless can get there before 12 they also have rodent issues to U can see the rat bait all over the dinning room and god forbid you want a sub at 830 pm you will get nasty looks because they close at 9pm and the old lady will beat you down if you dont tip even if the sub is made wrong or undercooked

This place reminds me a sub shop down near Jackson Memorial Hospital. I only order the chicken with broccoli with American white cheese. Its always good. The only reason why I didnt give this place 5 stars like many others have mentioned was for the run down atmosphere inside and sometimes the two female staff members arent pleasant. But the sub always come out great. I might try the Hot Pastrami next and see how that comes out.

just not the same place anymore........and be ready to spend 15 bucks on a sub fries and a drink per person oh want dessert add another 3 bucks and dont forget to tip or the cashier will be upset all together 20 bucks for a Philly fries soda cake and tip per person great food just be ready to spend

This place has the absolute worse service ever. The big black lady Barbara is as rude as they come. I do not recommend anyone going here. If they make your order incorrectly they make you fell as if you did something wrong if you ask them to correct it. Will never have my business again....

This place has the worst service ever. The short white lady is rude as all hell. They charge you for bacon if you want mushrooms and you still have to pay for the bacon on a philly cheesesteak just to get mushrooms.

Very rude employees! I paid for my meal & the cashier argued with me & swore i didnt pay... I was deeply embarrassed & asked her for an aplogy when they found out that i really paid, she said she wouldnt apologize

Ive heard that their phillys were really good BUT when i got there it looked soooo dirty and nasty i just didnt want to eat there.... It looked a little "ghetto"..... actually not a little.... Alot.
