Omg publix is number one in my book for customer service. They go the exta 10%.. I bought my boyfriend a 3 paxk of Gillette mach3 disposal razors the sign said $6.99 regular price with a promotion of $2.00 off. But they rang up $9.99 with the $2.00 promotion. The customer ervice gave me my $9.99 BACK, the razor and my digital coupon. I will shop no where else. Publix you got me for life. As a small business owner who trives to provide outstanding customer service as well goin $110 percent for all my cystomers. I appreciate there business ethics.

For the last few months I have been disappointed in our Publix. We will get up to check out and there will be long lines and no baggers. When you go up to the front office they go up and say we are just short-handed. I can believe that every once in awhile but it has seemed like it is a continuing problem on Sundays, after the churchs get out. I hope this is something that is going to get fixed. One of the reasons we love going to Publix and have for many years is that it is always well staffed so that you can get in and out of the store.

I love, love, love this pharmacy. Its so convenient to order my refills, and they text me when they are ready and fill them on time. The pharmacist is so nice and gives great customer service. They know who I am when I call and are knowledgeable about my medications and insurance. I left this place for two months, and had to come back. They do great work!!

Very clean over charged again on an item.. not worth my time nor my gas going back and forth to rectify the issue. I wish they would say hey does everything on the screen look okay to you before you cash period I was distracted by The Bag Boy to even go over the tape. Love the stores the cleanliness the products but its frustrating
