This place is the best ! We just moved into the lake Charleston neighborhood and ventured out to see what was around . We went here and couldnt have been more impressed. We sat at the bar small but quaint . Maybe 8 -10 seats total . We were immediately recongnized as new comers and were welcomed by all the regulars . We ordered a glass of wine and a dirty martini- my husband and I are both precious restaurant people so we dont eat or drink out much . We ordered the calamari - fresh fresh fresh with the bodies and th sauce (Im Italian) was impressive . We then ordered a eggplant special by the restaurant dish and thank god we shared it portions are huge . It was fantastic !!!! So then of course we wanted to try the dessert. I swear the cannoli was made to order - it was so amazing the bartender Rick gave it the Italian Attitude charm- funny rude in a cute way and just charming all around made us feel like weve known him for years . We saw 2 other regulars order the espresso martini so we thought we would give it a try. Most places use espresso flavored vodka and do not float baileys on it so we rarely order . This was fresh pressed espressos with the baileys floating on top. Impressive all in all best Italian food drinks dessert and experience . We will be back multiple times a week .the bussed Steve high school boy was also very good . On top of anything we needed and to take anything empty . Service was exceptional Kim and Todd Spinnaker bay

Ive been eating at this establishment since it began—and at the restaurant that preceded it. The quality here has significantly declined over the years, while the prices have absolutely skyrocketed—$26 for one stingily portioned entree and a beverage. When I spoke to the owner, after my mother was underwhelmed and sent back her bland food, Fiorella came to the table and all but ripped my head off, telling me adamantly that the "food hasnt declined," and "Have you never gone shopping before? You dont know how prices work?". All while I was good and calm and trying to tell her "This isnt how you treat a customer," and "This isnt how you run a business," and "You dont need to insult my intelligence," while she talked over me and refused to listen to a single thing I had to say. I have never seen a poorer example of customer service in the service industry. I was honestly flat out appalled by how this woman conducted herself in the face of minor, polite, completely valid criticism. Bottom line: go anywhere else, pay less, get larger portions of better tasting food, and dont give your money to this ungrateful, rude, unprofessional woman. And if you dont, go forth at your own risk and prepare to face her wrath, if you dare complain about anything.

Went with friends on a Sunday night. We had to change tables since they seated us next to the doorway to bar area where they had music. Too Loud. I had the Linguini Frutti di Mare ,calamari, shrimp, clams & mussels in a light marinara or fra diavolo sauce which was very good. My wife ordered the Chicken & Eggplant Parmigiana, huge portion. She really loved it and took home most of it. Dinners come with either soup or salad and a side of pasta. Also good garlic rolls. Definitely a neighborhood gem with a lot of regulars. Limited wine selection but their corkage charge is only $15.00

The service was perfect. Best stuffed artichoke I ever had! All 4 entrees and desserts were the best we have had in a long time. Tastes like Italian food you eat at a nice Italian restaurant in NY. The chicken franchese was outstanding. Fiorellas presence enhances the dining experience because she goes from table to table to make sure that people are happy and that they know whats the specials are. The must be purchasing the best and freshest ingredients because everything that came to our table was out of this world.

The best kept secret in Palm Beach County. Fiorella Italian Restaurant is a great family style restaurant with excellent food, good old fashioned service, and great atmosphere. If you enjoy listening to live music while your eating dinner ask to be seated in the music room. The music is there 3 nights a week so call for the schedule if that is what you want. The food reminds me of eating Sunday dinner at Nanas house. Ciao!

i attended a financial seminar last nite. i picked eggplant parmegiano and hand-wrote gluten free. did not think they will pay any attention because it was a free meal in a group situation. i was pleasantly surprised when they brought me gf-spaghetti & grilled gf-version of eggplant parmegiano. on the way out, it downpoured w/thunder & lightening. our server offered an umbrella escort service. how nice is that!!

We had a family event there and they were so wonderful and just so helpful. The bartender was so funny and the manager helped us with everything. She expedited the process for everything and made sure we had everything we needed. She didnt push to clean up or disturb our gathering. She even let my family sing and play instruments. I would come back and bring all my friends.

I will never eat from this restaurant ever again!!! As I was waiting for my take out order I overheard a staff member singing "eeny meeny miny moe, catch a n***** by the toe" meanwhile there were black people in the restaurant . Such low class and disrespect, a zero star if possible!!!

Love this place! Great Italian, great service, big gluten-free menu for my wife, and right here in the neighborhood. Gnocchi w/ meat sauce = delicious. In here once a week... the best Italian around!

The rolls, garlic in particular, are worth the trip alone. Minestrone soup was great and baked clams were delicious. Everyone at the table was extremely happy with their food.

Best home made Italian Ive had in my life. Frank cooks like no other while Fiorella makes you feel like one of the family. A "must go" in my book.

Portions are very large with a traditional Italian style cooking you are used to from the Northeast, unlike the Italian Reaturant chains down here.

Shocked theyre not violating Fire Marshall code with how they pack the seating area and block off a door. Food overpriced for how it was prepared.
