Forever disappointed with this place. The quality and consistency of the food is NEVER good. How many times ive ordered, received my food, always longer than normal, and refused it. The service? Usually worse. Our server last night, for a table of 4, brought us our drinks, apps, and entrees, and couldnt even get ONE right in regards to who it belonged to. Forgetting what we asked for, not checking regularly, needing others to call him for us. The bench seats are rock hard and soo uncomfortable. They have a huge ashtray outside right by the front door, so whenever the doors open, the cigarette smoke fills up the dining area... REPULSIVE. I usually try to stay safe by ordering Fish and Chips since nothing else has been even close to good. The French Onion soup I liked, but always gives me diarrhea. My friends soda yesterday, which I tried, was soo watered down and flat, tasteless. I ordered the Bahamian Fish which was BEYOND overcooked. Stiff, hard, and very dry, EVEN though it was sitting in the foil it was baked in filled with liquid! All the veggies looked old, bruised, and were tasteless! I go out with friends who seem to like this place, yet 4 out of 5 times, completely disappointed. They can do SO MUCH better. Ive had discussions with Management before. They once offered me a gift certificate. Why would I want to prolong my suffering in a place like this? How about making an effort to clean it up?

Family of four. Husband and wife with our 2 kids who are 10 and 12. My husband ordered chicken fajitas, it was a very small portion with hardly any veggies. Poor poor dish until manager came out with extras. I, myself ordered seafood platter. Very good and excellent portion. No complaints there. My kids ordered kids chicken finger. Again what a fabulous portion. However, when we sat down to order, our server Micheal knew that my children was ordering off kids menu because we asked for kids menu. When asked what we want to drink, my husband and I ordered a beer. My kids ordered and then was asked would you like that in a kid cup or regular. We proceeded to say regular size only because of their age and so our server didnt have to make many trips for a refill. At the end of our night we then received our bill. We were charged 2.59 for each childs drink when it was included in their meal. Not to mention that they should have received a treat of some kind with it. No such thing was even mentioned or brought to our attention. When I questioned the bill about the 2.59 charge for each drink, he proceeded to tell me that we wanted larger drinks for the kids and sorry. Really??? I was doing you a favor from running all over the restaurant refilling drinks on a Friday night in the middle of dinner rush which was 6:30. I am in the industry and still left Micheal 20% but we wont be back. Total disappointment! !

My husband and daughter went there last week and said it on the list for some of the rudest people and bad service. Even my 11 yr old was like dad that lady is rude... We walked in and were waiting to be seated and my husband asked if we could be seated or seat ourselves...she was doing something and immediately said "Im Busy"....my husband said what??? Immediately asked for a manager and then she right away said okay come sit i was busy but ill take care of you....anyways got seated and AGAIN waited for the server quite awhile and my husband had to ask if we were going to get taken care of... Later server got our orders... I had ordered a pasta and my daughter had a burger...10 minutes later the server comes back and said they are out of pasta....thats not a problem to me I ordered something different.. Im a chef and work in a restaurant so i understand that BUT they had cooked my daughters burger and left it under the heater and was ordered med.rare......bun got hard and burger got overcooked....COME ON!!! Left it there so they cooked my food thinking the burger would be good!!! Anyways a bad expieremce at millers ale house....this is a chain restaurant with decent food...shouldnt hurt to make it up and do it right.. Me and my wife work in big restaurants so yes we know guest service and were not just being picky or rude..

We were a table for 2 and we are not the ones to typically complain about service because we have been servers ourselves but this experience was ridiculous. Food was horrible and tasted old, my Pepsi drink was horrible way too much syrup in it. Server was dumb and horrible took forever. Waited on a table that was seated after us 1st. Stereotyped us because we are young so she thought we either didnt have money or wasnt going to tip good. She didnt even ask if we needed refills on our drinks. She brought out our plates for the appetizer after we were done eating it. We asked another male server for A1 sauce because our server rarely stopped by to check on us and he never brought it out even though he passed us a thousand times. If he felt it wasnt his responsibility because we wasnt his table he could of at least told our server, but no. She interacted and talked with her other tables and not ours. We didnt even finish our food because it was horrible. We only asked for a small box for our appetizer to take home for our DOG. And Im never going back there again ate there before plenty of times and it was never this bad. The only thing I enjoyed was watching the TVs. Only tipped our server 2 dollars. Would of stayed to speak to the manager but we were tired of waiting.

We went to the Ail House last night for my friends birthday. Two of us have been there before. We ate inside the four of us. Our services was awful. We had to ask for more cocktails and service. When we received our food my baked potato was cold and one other person who ordered a baked potato extra did not receive it and we had to wave the server down to tell her then she question if we ordered it and looked at the check then when he was about half done with the meal brought it to him and it was not hot either. She brought our bill without asking if we wanted dessert which we did because of our friends birthday so once again we had to flag her down for dessert. The dessert was very good. Very upsetting experience and I have been there before but always set outside before. Probably will not return

The first time I went with some family the rant and raved about how good it was. It was good. But, the second time that I went the service was horrible and the food was not that great. I ordered the cajun chicken pasta and barely had any cajun flavors or any flavor for that matter. My mother ordered a ribeye. It was beyond horrible. It had a nasty taste to it and she ordered it medium rare. No way that was medium rare. Our waitress took her sweet precious time coming to check on us to see if everything was okay. She must have thought socializing was more important. and then at the end when we were all ready to go our bills were all screwed up. I will not be coming back to the Ale House. Not worth the money at all.
