Good Food, Terrible Service. If you order online, better don`t be hungry. I live very close to the place, and my order took more then a hour !! I work as a front desk , and they always tell me, i`m suppose to have a discount, for sending costumers to them ! All the other guys give me the discount, but that is one guy, (James ) is totally rude !!! He even have the courage to tell me how much should i tip a driver !?!?!? Do u know that`s against the law buddy??? I Guess we can see where all this bad reviews come from. Always the same complaint about costumer service. Maybe it`s for a wake up Call !!!!! I order here almost 3 times a week and always send clients for them !! I guess this is not enough for a $2.00 discount !!! For sure, i`m never going to order here again. The food is good, but this guy, is just crazy !! When i spoke in the phone with the other attendants, they always tell me, EVERY front desk gets a 25% discount. I rather stay hungry then ever order here again. I`ve been ordering here for almost a year, at least 2 times a week !!!!!!!! The place really should take better care of their clients! I was reading the other reviews and, you can see what i`m talking about ! The way they even respond their costumers is totally rude !!! Once Again, This guy JAMES, really should`t work with any clients at all !!!!

This place has the worse people I have ever met in business! They are rude, arguementative, and refuse to take responsibility or accountability for their business ! I order a simple veggie and rice item with 2 chicken rolls. I received and paid for me order. Once opened it was wrong. I received garlic rolls with story sauce / stir fry veggies Instead. I kindly called to discuss the mistake in food delivery and I,stead of simply redoing the order, as later requested the man agreed and blamed me for not clarifying the order properly. Any other resuartuart in my past experience, would simple apposite and correct it when I was willi,g to patiently and kindly wait for it to,be redone... No harm no foul. I will NEVER give hours of my hard time at work for a dinner the is done incorrectly from a resaurant whom staff is too lazy to correct with proper customer service. This infuriates me and the way I was treated afterwards with was appalling! What a shame! Wish I could have gotten through to a manager or an owner instead of being rudly hung up on twice or ignored on hold... Disgusting ! Stoners and drunks beware its not worth the late hours available either, they will just Rob you!

I order from this place all the time, and I really like their cheese empanadas. Lately they have gotten into the habbit of putting me on hold way too long. Tonight, I was greeted by a message asking me to hold, which I did, until about 2 minutes later when I was greeted for a second time, this time by a person, who then asked me to hold. I did, while I walked outside, got in my truck, drove the 2 blocks down to KFC, and was greeted at the drive-thru before anyone got to me, so I hung up, and tonight, KFC gets my business while I get some greasy chicken and dont have to wait an hour for food. I will try another night. Still 5 stars because this place kicks ass. Please stop leaving me on hold so long? Once it goes past the 5 minute mark (still WAY too long btw) I tend to just avoid the place for a few weeks until the bad memories have faded enough for me to try again.

Do NOT order from this place unless you want to be verbally abused and scammed of your money. Weve ordered from them many times and we always ordered the same exact thing... Chicken Fingers with fries. This time when we ordered, we received the chicken fingers without the fries. I called to let them know that they forgot the fries but instead I was verbally abused for 5 minutes. I explained to him that I was charged the exact same amount that I am normally charged for both chicken fingers and fries but he continued to scream at me saying that he created the menu and that we ordered the wrong (which is completely false). Ive never felt so taken advantaged of and helpless. All I wanted was to receive what I paid for. I will never go back to this place or recommend it again. The owner needs a major lesson on how to treat the customers that are paying his bills.

This place has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service!!! I ordered over the phone and arranged to pick up my order. When I got there to get my food instead of acknowledging the presence, of a customer he continued to take multiple orders over the phone. The staff is rude and inept. When I left with my food my order was missing an item. I called them to inform them of this discrepancy they told me to return with my receipt. When I did so they told me I was ACCIDENTALLY not charged for the item and I was welcome to complete another order. REALLy?! So its the customers fault YOU got the order wrong?! And then they had the nerve to shrug and say that there is nothing that they can do. I stongly urge all of you to never order from these disgusting, rude, unprofessional, inept, disrespectful people. Never again. I hope you go out of business!!

Ive ordered from here quite a few times in the early hours of the morning. I work from home and work late hours and it really is one of (if not the only) places around here that you can get food delivered up until 4AM. Your delivery drivers are nice and have always accommodated my request to ring my phone instead of knocking on the door. Im super thankful of that. I like to tip well and the $3 delivery fee when ordering online through eat24 is a bit of a turnoff, but I know every restaurant does that on eat24 and your fee is reasonable in comparison to the rest. As far as Ive ever known, the drivers dont get any part of that delivery fee so its a bit painful to tip on top of that. Although I havent tried a wide variety of the food here, the Pizzas seem to be the best. Onion rings have been great too. Thanks for staying open late!

First of all. The uneducated and disrespectful lady that barely speaks English got my order completely wrong. Not only this , she blocked the restaurant from taking my orders. How can anyone be so rude ? I feel bullied. And this was the restaurant I order Pablo burgers from all the time. I always tiped the delivery drivers over 5 bucks every time. I get off work 3 am and I cant get food now. Because the lady got angry and disrespectful for giving me the wrong order. How inconsiderate. Lady I just want to let you know that not only you will have this horrible yet but true review , I will also pick up my order using a different number. You do not know how I look , so you lost in both ways. This is what happens when you are miserable. I dont recommend taking orders with this lady. Maybe someone who knows what a hamburger means.
