I love fried green tomato sandwiches. I had never been in Cowboy Up Saloon before today. I had seen an ad in the paper that they were now serving fried green tomato BLT sliders so I decided to drop by and try one. It comes with three and they were delicious! The tomatoes were sliced and breaded correctly and the sliders were the perfect proportion. The crinkle cut fries were also good. This is now on my frequent stop list!

Good people. Bad service. Expensive drinks. Overpriced greasy or sugar coated food. Best to sit at the bar if you dont want to be forgotten about in the restaurant portion. Visited this place for the last 3yrs, only coming back for the dancing and over priced drinks each Tuesday. The good people keep me coming back, but management has a lot of room for improvement.

A decent enough restaurant and night spot. If you enjoy line dancing, then this is the place for you. If not, its still not bad to have a few brews and play some pool as long as you can stand country music. They offer mason jars of beer for good prices. If you dont visit during the evening, you can still go for lunch and grab a burger.

I just came back from this particular bar. The atmosphere was good along with the people but the dj sucked. He was rude and also doubled as the dance instructor where he wasnt good at all. He kept speaking down to the students trying to learn and wouldnt take music requests. Get off your high horse and learn how to talk to people.

Go Places & Tries Things

Went on a Saturday night early and the bar was out of Jameson at 9pm. Live band was decent as well as the DJ. Bouncers occasionally missed a patron or two for cover. Bartender was not rude to myself or my friend, however I watched her be short with another customer (who was sober and polite).

i went on a week day night the bar tender was cool drinks was good but the place was really empty only like 11 people was there. have I go a couple of more times to I up the rate to know if I like it.... also I think they should play just little more hiphop, pop, n r&b

The food is fantastic. Ive only ever regretted an order once, and that was a burrito in a comfort food establishment. The wait staff are some of the most friendly and personable Ive encountered. My friends and I are here every weekend and its always a great time.
