I think at this point were all in agreement that "Chinese" food is basically just "American" food prepared by Chinese people. That being said, I like Chinese food, a lot. Im not saying I eat it every week, but when I do eat it, Im pretty fussy about it. Ive blacklisted numerous Chinese places in the area for nothing more than a soggy rangoon, or a mushy noodle. One of the great things about this place is their ability to keep everything consistent, every time. With a buffet of this size, it has to be a challenge to keep everything on point, but they pull it off, every time. The buffet is expansive, and has just about every type of Chinese food that you can imagine. I can confidently say that Ive tried 90% of it and never hated anything. Im admittedly about 80% various meats most of the time, and not heavy into anything with seafood or veggies or anything, but I do make it a point to taste stuff...simply because its a buffet. And everything has always tasted good. That being said, listen people...I shouldnt have to tell you to NOT eat Sushi at a Buffet, but Im going to anyway. Dont eat the Sushi. If thats your thing, go across the street to Sakura. On the flip side though, the Hibachi service here is actually pretty awesome and a cool way to get that Hibachi feel without the whole rigmarole of sitting in a Hibachi place. But again, if youre totally into that, go across the street. If youre looking for a solid Chinese food take out or buffet experience, this place will not disappoint. Prices are more than reasonable, service is on point, and the food is exactly what youd expect. If youre one of those snobby, arrogant Americans that has "toured" China and "knows" "real" Chinese food, then youll probably be disappointed. Which is okay, because youre probably a terrible person anyway.

My first grandson who is a very picky eater loved China Buffet, so now it has become our favorite place to celbrate family celebrations. we have been coming here for years and now with the addition of more grandskids it stlll is our number one place for family events. Its roomy, clean, and the food is always fresh. We dont have to wait to order we can just go right up to the buffet, so the kids dont get restless waiting for food to be prepared. But, most of all the staff is excellant and makes every one feel special. When my husband walks in its like a celebrity is there. That has made such an impression on my grandkids. They always feel special and everyone is know by name. We even get a Christmas present every year. If one of us goes without the others they always are concerned making sure everyone is healthy. The price is the best, where else can a large family go and still be very affordable? We are on our way there today to celebrate Fathers Day and I can be sure the Dads in our group will be treated like kings!!! thank you China buffet owners and staff for your excellant service and for making us feel special. Oh yeah, aside from all that, the food is always fresh and delicious! If one of our favorite items is missing they will always make sure we get it! I would reccomend this buffet to anyone even the picky eaters can find something that they love. The ending is always a favorite the kids get to make their own ice cream sundays. Anthonys family

This used to be my absolute favorite Chinese place to come to, I drive 20 minutes out of the way to come to this place specifically. Unfortunately Ive noticed over the last 6 months that their quality seems to be going down. I just visited today, and on sitting down with a plate of food, I noticed a large clump of something brown and red. At first I thought it was part of the food. Upon further examination I discover it to be a hair ball. Looking like it was coughed up by my cat. While the manager and staff were extremely polite in handling the situation, they tried to pass it off as "part of the dish". However, I disagree, but I was offered compensation of a SINGLE dollar off my meal, which I promptly ended due to a loss of appetite. I do not know if I can bring myself to come here again, based on the fact that it was clearly a clump of someones hair, and the disappointing compensation. Unfortunately I have a weak stomache and I dont know how I can eat here again wondering how many other hair balls have passed over my food.

Cross contamination at the sushi bar. I never minded paying extra money, as their price is above normal, because their customer service was great! However, things have changed...a lot! I waited while 3 other tables got sat before me, and when I said something, the guy did not even care. Sushi person refused to change his gloves after making seafood sushi when I wanted a vegetable roll. When I complained to the manager about the issue and cross contamination, he didnt even have the common courtesy to look at me. He didnt even care that health codes were not being followed and could care even less about me as a long time customer and not coming back because of that. The place has gone down hill completely!

Not good today. Food old, cold and place was not kept up. First half hour no one there to make sushi. When he came out I asked him to make me a vegi with no seeds. Said ok. 30 mins later making everything but. I asked watress she asked him he said no he wont make. Ok so no sushi this time. As I was leaving I was asked how it was buy Cashier I told him he said ya we dont make anything special if they dont want to. Its up to them. I said if customer cant have peanut or seeds you dont accommodate? No note if he has something else he wants to make. Its up to him. Ice cream a mess. Dishes dirty. Staff rude. Not first time either. Place isnt like it was a few years ago.

One of the better Chinese Buffets around, they have a wide variety of items and even have sushi and hibachi included as part of the buffet. Items on offer can be hit or miss because they have different cooks on at different times and some of those cooks have different specialities that they sometimes put out. I will say that I have never had a bad meal here, but I also have to say that I am not a huge fan of buffets either, I just dont like the get up and get more food eat and repeat format of it.

Foods decent for buffet fare, better than most Ive been to. Staff is friendly and attentive and keep the buffet well stocked even at closing time, like tonight when we arrived 20 minutes before closing, as well as keeping your soft drinks of choice filled. I have and will continue to recommend this buffet.

Came in for lunch. I didnt realize they dont have crab legs until dinner. Other than that their food selection was decent. I was a little annoyed to feel rushed after only a couple plates. Overall a decent lunch experience. Not bad for $9 a person.

The food is good and fresh but the waitress staff is a little overwhelming... they dont pay attention to where they are going and just a tad bit too much for my taste. Other than that no complaints from this happy pregnant lady!
