As a new mother to triplets one of my goals this year was to give my kids a great apple picking experience. This did not happen on this farm. The ground keeper at the Fuji apple section of the farm on Sunday 9/25 was very rude and talked down to people making me feel as if we are not welcome. Our family goal was to take a family photo using the beautiful backdrop but that didnt come with a price. The ground keeper yelled at us telling us to get moving that this is not an amusement park. Sorry to notify you but going apple picking in New England is equivalent to going to an amusement park this is clearly entertainment and a great afternoon event to do with your family. So this person really needs to evaluate their position as a grounds person so that Belltown Hill Orchards does not lose more customers. I for sure will not be back nor will all my friends after they hear my review. So I would think about it before you decide to invest an afternoon there.

We have been coming here with our son for the last 4 years and always had a wonderful expierence. Multiple tractor rides, beautiful grounds, wide variety, and delicious apple fritters. Unfortunately after my recent visit we may have to rethink where we go apple picking next year. First we were yelled at for taking up 2 parking spaces even though the person next to us parked over the line making it hard to park our truck in the next spot. The usual friendly staff seemed grumpy and almost lectured us every time we got off the tractor. I know its rude to over sample but one employee said only one sample per group. I am fine sharing with my son so as not to waste but it is unhygienic to ask me to share one apple with the other 4 adults that were with me. If you dont have enough then maybe you should not offer pick your own.

Belltown is a fun choice for pick your own fruits during the summer and fall. There are tractors with trailers to take you around the many orchards and fields. I love picking many pounds of blueberries to freeze and enjoy throughout the winter. Call or check the website ahead of time to see what fruits are available for picking. They also have pre-picked produce available for purchase, and other pies/canned goods.

Get very disappointed at my last visit. Just one employee completely destroyed all the positive experience my family had with this farm over past two years. Had to complain to the management and they offered to us to have fruits we collected for free, but I refused. Very disappointed by the rudness of this new employee. Long story short, Belltown Hill Orchards lost one of their most loyal customers.

Horrible experience. The staff members racists very extremely rude. Right as we walked in, they humiliated by shouting at us in front of our kids. Our kids were mortified and got their first experience as people of color. We left without picking up any fruits...

Ive never picked my own here but Ive gone several times to get some apples at the store as well as other goodies. They are a little pricy but offer good deals on seconds and a small clearance section. Apple cider and pumpkin doughnuts are delicious!

I have been going there for years. I went with my father every yearti pick apples, then we took my son with us, and I still go every year. Their pies are to die for, the produce, cider, so good and they are more than willing to help you

This is one of our favorite places. They have such a variety of fruit (I go there for the apples) and their "seconds" seem perfectly fine to me. It is a great fall "destination", especially with the mulled cider and donuts.

Beautiful grounds but absolutely ruined by one of the ground keepers, Mike. Rude to multiple customers and finally my family and I. Will not return because of him and will not recommend to anyone. Stay away

Id give 5 star to the place, but some of their staff, especially the guys at the field are impolite and not respectful at all.
