I ordered online, went to pick up my order and they said it wasnt there. I looked at my email and it had sent it to the chicopee panera which Ive never ordered from before. They cancelled my order and told me to reorder. I went back to my office, got my form of pmt came back and they told me oh, well breakfast is over and you selected the wrong place. I told them Ive never ordered from there before. They were rude and refused to make an exception. I have been a customer here forever and ordered almost everyday from this location. They will never have me order again. Extremely rude manager and unprofessional.

Great food, a slight bit more expensive but the higher quality of ingredients justify it for me. As a sandwich and soup joint, its pretty good but slightly pricy. The only quibbles I have so far is that they close far too early for me and dont appear to be telecommuter friendly. That is, despite the high profile advertising of free Wi-Fi (which I never use because it is unencrypted and unsafe to use), there are no available power receptacles for laptops or tablets to plug into so I have far less incentive to stick around and order more drinks or food while working.

One of my clients loves the Iced Pumpkin Coffee. I was running late and asked for Michelle if I could pay with plastic over the phone, and then pushed the envelope, "could you run it out to me". She totally hooked me up with AWESOME service. I made it on time, and never could have done it without Michelles help. Bravo. (Amazing coffee too):

sandwich decent.However a server had a full beard and wearing a visor cap with hair hanging all over. Talked to manager, she had no problem with how her employee was presenting himself to the public. just Wrong.

Typical Panera. My big complaint is that there are no power outlets by any tables. I wanted to stay longer to study, and would have gotten more food, but my computer battery was low and I couldnt plug in.

Decent spot to sit and study so long as you have a nice full juicy battery in your device. Not so great in terms of price for what you get. Getting in and out of the parking lot is kind of a drag.
