This place may not be much to look at from the outside (strip mall), but if you go inside you will find some of the best Thai food in all of Connecticut. You will not find a better Pork Pho Noodle Soup (the big bowl is a meal all by itself). I have co-workers that go to Mindy Ks at least three times a week all year round (except when they are closed for one month in the winter). I have not tried any of the deli-type lunches like the Chef Salad (so cannot comment on the one bad review below), but every Thai dish I have tried there so far is definitely something I would order again.

Mindy Ks has a wonderful family atmosphere and the food to match! Service is always friendly and quick. The menu has something for the picky eaters and will satisfy those who want to try more adventurous Thai food. The foods quality is consistently excellent even when they are busy. On top of great food and service Mindy Ks actively does charity work in their community!

Mindy Ks is the absolute best deli on the shoreline. Its my favorite lunch spot. Where else can make authentic Thai curry AND an amazing cheeseburger with the best fries ever? The summer rolls and satay noodle salad are delicious, healthy options. The staff is amazing and treats you like family. The orders are up quickly and the prices are decent. I LOVE MINDYS!

I searched for a fast food place while on the highway and saw that they have a widely varied menu. They were fast and the food was great! The person who waited on us was helpful but not as warm as I would have expected when you tell them why you chose their place of business. The price was fair. The restaraunt was clean but bathrooms need work.

I have to add a disclaimer, I work nearby and come here often. I usually have one of the specials or the Asian style options. They are consistently delicious. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. The MK noodle bowl salad and Vietnamese crepe are my favorites.

Great little shop, they serve thai and have a sub n wrap menu. Theyre fried chicken Caesar wrap is amazing! They also cater. Love this place, wish they were open later

The menu is massive, basically covering two walls of the place, and just about everything on it is incredible. Everyone who works there is really nice too.

Absolutely awesome. One of the best subs ever had. Bread was warm and had a crunchy crust. Meat was tender and sauce was great. Highly recommend.

Got a chef salad there today and the Roast Beef was the dregs...some left over stale garbage left from the end of the meat. ICKY...wont go back.
