Weve ordered from the Norwalk Planet Pizza faithfully for the last 5+ years. The other night we placed an order and I mentioned Id like to use a coupon in the menu to get 2 large pizzas for $20. After eating I reviewed our bill and noticed theyd only taken $4.98 off my bill instead of the $7.98 as advertised. When I called to complain, I got a lot of attitude from them. First they told me that they no longer use those coupons. I pointed out that the exp date was Nov. 30th. He offered me $5 off the next time, but I wasnt really sure howd that would work. He then starting getting angry and said "what do you want me to do...bring you $5?" I was really disappointed in how it was being handled. Finally he offered to cancel our previous charge and run it through correctly...what he should have done from the start. In the meantime I realized that the coupon also said free delivery and wed been charged for the delivery too. When I brought that up to them, he got even more angry. They did re-run my charges, but I will not be ordering from them again. We should be able to trust that businesses are going to honor the coupons they are including in their own menus.

Placed a delivery order around 9:45 on a Wednesday. A small white pizza and garlic bread. I live maybe 10 minutes away. Food arrived cold, 30+ min later than the estimate (after closing, too!). Called around 10 min before closing and was told the delivery person was "on his way". Suuuuure. Pizza was 4/10. Ridgefield does the white pizza much better. Garlic bread was especially soggy thanks to the time between when it was made and delivery. 2/10 would not order from again (you scored two points only because it was at least edible after I did some kitchen magic). Sorry, Planet, I was loyal to you when I lived in Ridgefield, but I can no longer suffer such transgressions. Looks like Im in the market for a new pizza provider.

If youre reading this...DONT DO IT ! I ordered a crisp pizza , it came droopy an under-cooked. Im done with this place, this is the THIRD time that they screwed me. Dominos is much better now, youre better off with them. At least they pay attention to what youre ordering. What ticks me off is that the people that took my order and cooked this crud would have not accepted this if they had this delivered. The one in Greenwich is good, I was working in the back country , ordered from them (theyre a few miles away) and it still got to me HOT. Norwalk is run by completely unprofessional managers. Trust me and save your money...I wish I did. Pizza Clowns !!!

We regularly order Grandmas Pizza from Planet Pizza in Norwalk. It is delicious, fresh, with a thin, crispy crust! We always pick-up, so have not had any issues with delivery. They usually remember my regular order as soon as they know it is me on the phone. The few times weve eaten there, they couldnt have been nicer. Weve used coupons from time to time with no problems. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for fresh, tasty pizza!

My favorite thing about this particular location is how nice the staff are. They are always so pleasant and easy going. The food is also very good and the prices are reasonable. The Frito Wrap (which is only offered at this location and maybe Darien) is my favorite!!

What happened, Planet Pizza? This was my favorite pizza spot until suddenly the quality dropped through the floor and I got attitude whenever I called. I dont know if its coincidental, but after three such events in a row, I decided to bring my business elsewhere.
