Ive ordered delivery for years. It was always fast and very good. A few months ago something happened. Delivery was not always prompt, the quality had suffered and customer service was terrible. Something drastically changed within this business and it forced us to lose the menu. Its ashame, they had a really good thing going. The last time we ordered I received my "crispy beef". It looked and tasted nothing like it had. It was gray mushy and undercooked and seemed like it would most certainly make you ill. When we called back the explanation was that is was a new recipe and casually admitted that others had the same reaction. We had to ask for it to be righted, it was not offered. The overpowering feel was that she could not have cared less. She would not send anyone out again a told "us" to "remind" "them" next time we order for a free miso soup?! Next time........next time? Seriously. And this was the the last of a few incedents over a few weeks that "left a bad taste in our mouth". Pun intended. Too bad Nagoya, you lost our business and by the looks of It, others too. Another one bites the dust.

First I will start by saying our office has gone here a few times there food is usually good. This past time the food was horrible. 4 of my coworkers ordered the same thing and also agreed it wasnt good. Second if your drive has a problem with how far he has to deliver then maybe you should re consider your delivery option. YOU CHOOSE to deliver so WHY is it a problem especially since it was an 80 dollar order. You can thank your driver we will not be returning we would be more than happy to take our service else where and find better customer service.

This is a terrible restaurant! They started off by wanting to charge me an extra $6.00 for brown rice in three rolls. Normally there is a small up-charge for brown rice, but $6.00?? While eating my entrée I found a staple in my soup! The meal was $17.00. I thought for sure they would offer to pay for my lunch. But no. They offered to give me $1.20, completely insulting. Not to mention this was a take out order and I had to go back to show them the staple...

Came here with family. Not divey, per se, but certainly casual -- a nice Japanese izakaya vibe. Had a number of courses and quite liked them all -- particularly recommend the pork fried rice (its in a stone bowl like a really good bi bim bap), the sashimi carpaccio, and the dashimaki tamago like a little Japanese omelette.
