Honestly I had high hopes for this place, but after my first couple interaction I couldnt really be much more disappointed. The first time I went here I wanted to have my wifes 40th birthday here so I called ahead and was told to come down and talk to a manager, I asked if I came that day at a specific time would they be there and it was a yes. I got there after driving 45 min and there was no manager on duty and was being helped by the hostess who really didnt know much about booking far in advance and what I could be provided. They had a private room right as you walk in on the left and I asked that was able to be used but they said no it was for storage at this point. Instead they put me in a good area but not perfect to have a group of 25 people to sit together, we were broken up. I had asked if that private room became available to use to please call me and I would love to pay for and use it. I had followed up twice with a manager on the phone to confirm seating, asked about the private room and etc to make sure things go smooth. When I got there that night I was disappointed to see that the room had been cleaned out and allowed for another party to use the room. We had the area booked 3 months in advance and in less than 2 weeks the decided to open and give the private room to someone else. After that though the service was good, and for 25 people there was only 1 wrong order so you cant really complain. My wife and I decided to come back for dinner one night and sit outside. We got there around 7, waiting until about 8 to get our table which is fine, we didnt have a reservation or were in any sort of a hurry. Once we got outside our server took a while to come over and overall, seemed semi miserable. We got an appetizer which was good and our dinner was solid as well. At this point it was about 10 minutes to 9pm when our server asked if we could finish our dinner, close our tab and go inside because he wanted to go home. Honestly that to me is pretty insulting to ask a paying customer to do when they arent ready to do that. We went inside to have a drink at the bar to only be met by a bartender who was rude and busy going on with conversations with his co-workers and friends. Cant say I will be back, and while the food usually is decent, the staff are awful and I cant recommend anyone to go here.

Read this review I have been hearing people rave over this place and I am upset that I was disappointed. Got there on a rather quiet night. Went with a few family members who had been and enjoyed it at first. Service was slow right from the beginning as the host seemed disinterested in us coming in. We get our drinks and sit down. Waitress was pretty quiet and not outgoing at all. Ordered some wings and peppers as an appetizer and we all got burgers for our entree. The wings and peppers take forever to come out. Once they finally do the burgers came out a second later. Everyone at my table insisted that our burgers be taken back because we had not even been given 15 seconds with our appetizers. The runner holding the burgers said that she was going to put them under the warmer and we all said no we wanna enjoy our appetizers and have fresh hot burgers after. She continued to look at us as if we were giving her an unreasonable request. We finished the apps and I ordered another beer. The waitress had to come back and confirm my beer selection and got it wrong. The burgers come out and they claimed they were fresh but it was clearly the same burgers under the warmer. Waitress came back and one of us made a comment that we just wanted fresh vegetables on our burger at that point. The waitress offered to give us new burgers again but honestly we were done waiting at that point. Plus they got my type of burger wrong and I wanted onion rings and not fries. She ended up coming out and apologizing after a few times and walking away (this made me really uncomfortable because she knew someone screwed up somewhere but just didnt want to admit it either because she was scared or having a bad day idk). Eventually she came back and offered us free dessert to make up for the screw ups and for the mistakes on the kitchens part. I have 2 stars because she did that at the end but I was upset with how the service and food was. Probably wont go back. Can imagine they are sharper on the weekends.

Review Update: so I went back and gave them another shot. This time around the bar staff wasnt overworked as they were the last time around. Service was good and the food was good. They offer an elk burger that I am going to try next time. The management reached out to me and offered to comp my meal after my initial negative review however I did not take them up on their offer. My only lingering complaint is that the lighting inside is dark enough to make reading menus uncomfortable and seeing across the room challenging. Otherwise the ambience is pleasant and fun. Kind of a bummer. Mind you they opened only about a month before I checked it out...The interior and menu look nice. Stopped in for lunch. Sat at the bar. Bartenders were overwhelmed. Nothing was going right. Had to stop a waitress to order a drink which was awkward. Got a menu. Wanted to get a burger. And then I waited...And waited...And waited. Sat about 20 minutes feeling largely ignored. Two other patrons sat next to me and put their order in before I was even noticed. So I decided to leave and tried to pay for the iced tea I ordered. A manager asked me if everything was okay I told her yes but that I wanted to leave because no one took my order to which she said shed get someone to take my order but at this point I felt so uncomfortable and awkward that I just wanted to leave. Waitress comped me the iced tea so I left a couple of bucks. I would mark the poor service down to new opening jitters...I dont like to leave negative reviews...But its been a long time since I felt so neglected as a patron. Perhaps if management was more engaged and made sure the bar staff was backed up they would have noticed me. But I wasnt the only one waiting.

Food: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Service: 2 We tried going here a couple of times due to long lines but were truly disappointed when we actually ate here. We went for an early dinner with plenty of room in the restaurant. After sitting down we asked the waitress what kind of drinks were available. She responded with "Ive only been here three weeks. I dont know." After ordering an appetizer, we waited 45 minutes. The waitress came out and told us "The head chef has the day off and the kitchen is slacking a bit." Eventually, we saw a busboy aimlessly walking around the tables with our appetizer. We flagged him down and he apologized and said he was confused. Our pizza finally came and we asked for plates. The plates never came. We asked for the check shortly after our food came out as the table behind us told us they waited 30 minutes for their check. Our check also came 30 minutes after was asked. The pizza was good, but unfortunately didnt make up for the poor service. We will not be coming back.
